“I held a celebration of life in the private dining room. In addition to the food being plentiful and delicious the wait staff were all excellent. I would recommend the Cloverleaf for any special occasion function as well as regular dining. They provided the best venue possible”

“We've been meaning to to try so many of the new restaurants in the area. We finally got here for a late lunch today. Not surprisingly on a Thursday at 2PM and snowing, we had the place to ourselves. It was fortunate because the woman who took care of us explained everything to us in detail. I wasn't familiar with the Kurobuta pork. Apparently it's known as the, "Kobe beef of pork." All their pork come from Berkshire pigs. They come from a farm in Jersey. I'm guessing North Jersey. (Lot's of cool info if you Google them) Cooking is done using White charcoal which is used in traditional Japanese cooking. We started with the crispy cauliflower. It had crispy shallots & tahini vinegarette on them. They were delicious! Then the Shanghai bao. Filling was pork. (naturally) So delicious and juicy! When you slice them in half watch for the juice to squirt! We ordered six skewers. Two with pork jowel (cheek) Two regular pork and two fish. Again, delicious. i also had a bowl of spicy miso ramen. Our server explained how the broth is simmered for eight hours with pig bones and marrow. I could tell as the broth was very rich! That was it for us. We were both very full and i even took half of my ramen. We can't wait to return and bring friends! Highly recommend! ✌️”

“My friend and I are always looking for new restaurants to try and keep a log of places we see on Facebook or Instagram. Casa Nostra was next on our list to try and we were not disappointed.
The place is small and cozy, we called to see if we could get a reservation since it was a Saturday evening, they were able to accommodate us at 7:30. When we arrived we did not have to wait to be seated, the table was ready. The server provided us with menus and asked if we needed our bottle of wine to be opened. Server came back with bread for us and apologized that they were unable to warm it, explained and apologized that they were having issues with the bread warmer. The bread was fine as it was. The owner (chef) came out to take our orders we ordered the special fig appetizer to share, the portion was certainly large enough for 2 people and was very good. For entrees we had the Shrimp Risotto and Lobster Ravioli both were extremely good and nice sized portions. We were too full for dessert. One nice thing about this restaurant was that they did not rush you - there was adequate time between receiving the appetizer and entree which I thoroughly enjoyed as many times the entrees come out way too close to the appetizers. I will definitely be returning again.”

“I have not physically been to their store, but have watched their TikToks and live stream.( J did an absolutely stunning job with the cakes she was making today. She did happy birthday cakes, to streamers, to a gory unicorn cake that represented a Halloween theme. She is very fast handed and very detail oriented when it comes to making those cakes come to life! She also went over how she makes roses on cakes as well which as her least favorite part, was my favorite part. It was pretty fascinating and captivating learning more about the art of cakes! We also were able to see her role from cake making, to her customer service abilities. In my opinion she was pretty kickass! She is very spunky and very funny. Mike has cultivated a very positive workplace where they have fun with the job, which is what it should be about. My strongest advise is don’t knock it till you try it for yourself! Don’t listen to others opinions until you have witnessed them, their cakes, and other goodies for yourself. Not everything online is what is seems! Go check them out!(:”

“Went while they had the local college jazz band performing. It was a great music session, with a relaxed atmosphere. They were busy, but I did not have issues getting service. The food was good and so was the coffee. The seating is limited though, even without the band playing. But still worth the pitstop for coffee.”

“I have to preface this with 2 things: my (now) husband and I both were born and raised in NJ before moving to FL and I grew up on Callandra’s at every family function. We couldn’t do the testing for obvious reasons, but I knew the cake would be great. Everyone was amazed when it came out. It was GORGEOUS! I worked with Aisha, who did tell me that the portions were generous. That was an understatement. I don’t think a single guest was able to finish their slices and took them home. The cake itself was the best I have ever had. Even the staff was able to have some.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because communication in the days before the wedding was nonexistent. Having driven from S. Florida, there was no way to drop the cake topper off without going a few hours out of our way and neither of us were in any shape to drive from Sussex County to Caldwell that Friday. (We also forgot by the time we reached the state being so exhausted). I was told that the top would be left clear if we didn’t have an opportunity to bring the topper in, but we heard nothing about it having been delivered. I had to ask one of the restaurant staff at the reception to make sure it did arrive. Everything else far exceeded anything we hoped.
I can’t recommend this bakery enough for any special occasion (or even a mixed platter/box for family gatherings; just make sure if you have more than one chocolate fiend to buy extra brownies to prevent arguments). The flowers on the table itself were ours.”

“We had a 40th Birthday Party in the private room on Saturday night. It was absolutely fantastic. The room is beautiful ,they had it set up as we discussed. The service was exemplary. FOOD was amazing. We have been enjoying Forte since they opened. I would highly recommend this venue for any private party.”

We traveled from Ocean County, so it means a lot to travel that far for great food, service, drinks, and an overall fun time! Thank you Calandra's!”

Went on my own, bartender was nice.
Gave really good beer suggestions: fruity but non sweet IPA, and another lemon beer.

Music was really good. There was karaoke that night too (Thursday).

There were a variety of ages, from 20s to 50s and even 60s, everyone was thoroughly enjoying themselves.

They have different events and bands throughout the month so defo check them out.
