The food was good and so was the coffee. The seating is limited though, even without the band playing. But still worth the pitstop for coffee.“

“I simply LOVE this place. It not only has the best vegan sandwiches and desserts, the hospitality is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The only thing bad is that they are 45 minutes from me. I wish there was one closer to where I live. I would be going more often. I'm hoping one day they will become a franchise. I haven’t had the experience I had today in awhile. You can tell she’s amazing by showing much care with the drinks and customer service. It was like talking to a friend instead of a stranger. “As someone who appreciates food when it is an experience, this right here does it in every sense. The owner clearly knows how to bring the part of Brazil that they dont show us. You don’t even need to speak to anyone because when you scan the QR Code, order & pay for everything (takes the awkward who’s paying) & your order arrives in no time. When you eat the food it is clear there’s a whole team trained in how to make everything that comes out of that kitchen mouthwatering. It’s a whole vibe full of delicious food, quick service, chill ambiance that’s only missing the resort right on the beach built around it. Every single note was hit & well now I want to go to Brazil.“

“Adorable little cafe tucked into the side of a gym so it’s a little difficult to find. Their menu is fun and the staff is SO friendly and sweet, however the coffee was a little off for me. I got a blueberry latte when I visited and the espresso didn’t taste exactly right or strong enough and you couldn’t really taste the blueberry at all. Maybe adjusting the recipe might help? Their chocolate croissants are probably the best I’ve ever had though and are from a local baker I was told! All in all it’s a cozy little spot to go to!“

“Cozy local spot! Finally stopped by Cafe 179 after always catching it closed after work. The place is charming with great pastries (loved the sfogliatelle) and a really good pistachio latte. I mentioned the hours to one of the staff—possibly the owner—and she said they’ll be extending them soon, which is great news. Definitely my kind of place, and one of the reasons I enjoy living in a small town.“

“My wife and I were shopping in Montclair and stopped for breakfast at the Bluestone Coffee Company. Bluestone is a coffee cafe and coffee roaster serving breakfast and lunch items. The atmosphere is cozy and warm and their coffee robust. We selected breakfast options of a veggie omelette with cheddar cheese and the zucchini parmesan frittata. Both came with a choice of toast and roasted potatoes. Both were fresh and savory and the potatoes roasted perfectly. Staff was friendly and prices were moderate and fair. Bluestone is a very good choice for breakfast and lunch.“

Small micro batches made with natural ingredients and real flavors. Great owner and staff. Very nice people who go above and beyond to help create a wonderful experience. Small space but the flavor is large. They are getting ready to launch their second storefront in Lyndhurst. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
