“The BEST ⭐️ Starbucks in Essex county! ☕️🍰🥛🍡 ⭐️ Super toddler/kid friendly 👩‍👧, fast but great quality service and beverages. Very clean! 🗑🚰Bathroom is always clean too! Well stocked and the staff is friendly🎈 and remembers all the regulars and makes all new faces feel like regulars! If your drink ☕️is no longer available they are always willing to experiment 🤹🏻‍♀️and try and make you something just as good or better. The only thing I miss is the couch they used to have which is no longer. They have some armchairs etc and new furniture but the old comfy couch is gone! ☹️ Hint hint Starbucks of west caldwell... give the people their couch back lol 😂... no but seriously 😭💘“

“Catfight Coffee is worth the 2 hour drive! The minute I walked in, I felt immediately at home. The coffee is incredible and is bested only by the even more amazing staff! Acey is the nicest guy around. I feel so lucky to have met him and so lucky to have a space that I feel comfortable in. 🤘🏻🖤“

The only thing bad is that they are 45 minutes from me. I wish there was one closer to where I live. I would be going more often. I'm hoping one day they will become a franchise. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even during busy hours. Definitely a hidden gem with great vibes, amazing coffee, and excellent food. Can’t wait to come back!“

“Saw this gorgeous little boutique in the mall, and I had to stop in!
The presentation of the chocolates and gelatos are eye catching and organized. I love the displays for Easter and chocolate eggs are my favorite!! Especially the mini Lampone eggs. I grabbed many mix & match chocolates along the wall which are paid by weight. The employee named Angel was very kind and helpful explaining all of the options and recommending gelato flavors which made making a decision much easier for me.
I chose a gourmet baby cone with pistachio and it was scooped to perfection! I will be back for more soon :)“

“Amazing coffee and matcha! Haven’t had their smoothies but they look amazing! Price is comparable to your Starbucks and such but the quality and customer service is far superior at Compound. The pickup window is very convenient if you’re in a hurry. Also, Morgan is the best barista and all around a great human being! My husband and I drive 30 minutes every weekend to get here and it’s worth it!“

“Today I came in and ordered a simple small coffee, and usually I just grab and go. But I was met with a beautiful smile and great conversation by Egypt. I haven’t had the experience I had today in awhile. You can tell she’s amazing by showing much care with the drinks and customer service. It was like talking to a friend instead of a stranger. “Cozy local spot! Finally stopped by Cafe 179 after always catching it closed after work. The place is charming with great pastries (loved the sfogliatelle) and a really good pistachio latte. I mentioned the hours to one of the staff—possibly the owner—and she said they’ll be extending them soon, which is great news. Definitely my kind of place, and one of the reasons I enjoy living in a small town.“

“My wife and I were shopping in Montclair and stopped for breakfast at the Bluestone Coffee Company. Bluestone is a coffee cafe and coffee roaster serving breakfast and lunch items. The atmosphere is cozy and warm and their coffee robust. We selected breakfast options of a veggie omelette with cheddar cheese and the zucchini parmesan frittata. Both came with a choice of toast and roasted potatoes. Both were fresh and savory and the potatoes roasted perfectly. Staff was friendly and prices were moderate and fair. Bluestone is a very good choice for breakfast and lunch.“

“The cappuccino and the espresso were delicious. Expresso came with a chocolate biscotti and we got a small brownie. The coffee was Brew King, the barista mentioned his friends from Brooklyns coffee. The Barista was very friendly, very welcome as we walked in. Happy to hear they were serving expressos till later at night, we stopped at another local coffee shop that stopped serving expressos at 5pm on a Saturday. The lady at the pos machine was also friendly with a warm invitation.“

“Best ice cream shop in Essex County if not the entire state of NJ. You can taste the difference in quality, creaminess, ingredients, no artificial flavors. Small micro batches made with natural ingredients and real flavors. Great owner and staff. Very nice people who go above and beyond to help create a wonderful experience. Small space but the flavor is large. They are getting ready to launch their second storefront in Lyndhurst. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Favorite flavors include: Strawberry Baklava Chocolate But all are incredibly good!“
