Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. “Really enjoy a toasted Multi grain bagel with Tuna . Very filing and delicious Their coffee is always very hot and very tasty. The customer service at this particular Dunkin is excellent. Also the store is always very clean and neat. Lots of Parking but getting in and out of the lot is a bit difficult . You have to be very careful and cautious.“

“There was a guy harassing a female employee. He was telling her to smile, commenting on her hair. Very inappropriate. The employee ignored him and remained professional. Management did nothing and the manager was a female. A female customer spoke out and the man started to get hostile towards her. We left as soon as we had our donuts.“

“Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. The only problem, and I don't know where the breakdown was, whether it was the person taking the order, or the people bringing it out, but every order we placed, had something missing. Not really.thwt big a deal as you just ask for it and they eventually bring it. It is just a little annoying, and I am sure over time they will get any bugs they have in their setup fixed.
