ROZANA in West Caldwell is a must come. The food is OUTSTANDING. The ambiance is cozy/romantic.
Our third time at Rozana, and it just keeps getting better! Just like before, the food and service were amazing. We especially loved the Cauliflower Pataka, Crispy Corn Chaat, Paneer 65 Pizza, and of course, the Mango Tiramisu. So so good! Our server, Samir, was attentive, friendly, and gave us some great recommendations. We’ll definitely be back again!
The butter chicken pizza was awesome and the staff was amazing. You also have to get the mango tiramisu

Rozana is a restaurant that keeps getting better with each visit, offering amazing food and service. The menu features delicious items like the Cauliflower Pataka, Crispy Corn Chaat, Paneer 65 Pizza, and Mango Tiramisu. The pizzas are delicious, with the Chicken 65 Pizza and Butter Chicken Pizza being must-tries, and the Palak Paneer Pizza is imagined to be insanely good, as the Palak Paneer entree was excellent, garlicky, and flavorful. The Chicken 65 Sourdough Pizzas and Mango Tiramisu are absolutely delicious. The Savera Kofta is also extremely flavorful. The staff are welcoming, courteous, attentive, friendly, and provide great recommendations. The ambiance and music are spot on. It is a wonderful date night spot, a gorgeous place well suited for a date night or intimate gathering, with only 7 tables, so a reservation is recommended. It is a true gem and a must-try restaurant, highly recommended for anyone.
