We have eaten at Jalwa twice in recent months, and most certainly will be doing so again whenever we find ourselves in or near Montclair. Though I've never been to India, I have been a fan of Indian cuisines since I first tried them in the 1970s, and have eaten at many excellent Indian restaurants. None has pleased me more than Jalwa. Their food and catering is constantly delicious, we have been ordering and eating in here for close to 1.5 years. Their flavors are closest to Delhi. Love their Dal Bukhara, Pandara Road Butter Chicken, Paneer Dilruba and Kur Kuri Bhindi. Their kebabs are amazing too, specially malai and haryali.
