We went to Dough yesterday based on the glowing reviews. Food and service were excellent. However, we saw staff outside in record breaking heat putting tables together for no patrons. to top it off the manager had all staff go outside in "feels like" temperatures of 104 degrees and it appeared they were getting yelled at. Called 3x to make a resv for 20 ppl. Was told a manger has to handle it. Why? Who knows… it’s not 100ppl. Left my #, never received a call back. I then called later on that night and the following morning. Still claimed a manger will get back to me, even after I said this is the 3rd time calling.
