some of the folks working there are cool, and i barely go there anymore bc of the unreliable service.. today i go there after a long time and the lady double charged me.. on top of that, messed up the order.. she said she'll credit it next time.. what if i don't feel like coming back next time? seems like the same happens to a lot of folks here reading the reviews

Pretty dirty. Tiny. But for the most part it's just like every other Dunkin,.except they have a window you can pick up your order from without going inside. Although you still have to park and get out of your car so I don't know how it's more convenient.

If I can give negative stars I would but I at least want to give 1 star for the staff that works there. They are very sweet and makes my day every time I go there. But last time when I went there the my order was totally wrong. I am vegan so I asked for oat milk in the coffee but they added regular milk. I asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager is not here. I went 3 days later asking for manager not there, the manager is never there. If he is not going to be there then how does he expect to have his worker do the same. As I said earlier the staff that works there is very nice and sweet but I have never in my life seen such a careless manager.
