Let me share my experience with this restaurant being it’s my first time eating here. To start off the people are very pleasant and greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. So there is no issue there ! The food was also decent , very tasty and everything was fresh. Some things that they can improve on is a little less salt ( msg) and they also had cinnamon in the egg roll which was sort of odd. But overall it was a good place to eat.

Lived in the area for 26 years and i’ve always had a great meal, I’ve eaten just about everything on their menu and it is superb no matter what you order no matter what time it is and the staff are very friendly, kind and respectful.

Happened to come across this place by surprise and at the last minute. Was looking for something light - a la a moo shu pork. I wasn't sure what to expect - but have to say it was really, really good. It is the first time I remember eating the whole portion. It was a great balance of vegetables, protein and seasoning. The only down side, using egg roll skin as the pancake is a bit of a cop out. A true Mandarin pancake would have earned it 5 stars.

Honestly some of the better Chinese food around - really pleased with the amount of veggies I get with the combination plates. Most places give you a “decorative” amount of broccoli, but at HKCK you get an impressive variety of vegetables.I called and my order was ready in 10 minutes. Quicker than I was. Piping hot by the time I got home.It’s almost like it’s faster and cheaper when you *don’t* order through DoorDash!

Love their chicken wings with pork fried rice.House chow mai fun has lots of fresh ingredients.Pepper steak has plenty of beef, peppers, and onions.Sesame chicken is not overly battered like some other places.Eggrolls and BBQ ribs are good too.

Our family has ordered from Hong Kong, once or twice a month for years. Food is good and service has always been friendly, until yesterday. I don’t know who picked up the phone and took my order, but he wasn’t very kind and hung up as soon as I ordered. He didn’t repeat what I ordered or tell me when to pick up. When I arrived to pick up my order, I smiled and said hello. He said nothing and walked right past me! Cold as ice! He handed me my order and said nothing! I said thank you. He said nothing! Turned and walked away. His rudeness was overwhelming! My kids always look forward to their fortune cookie, which didn’t exist! I think this is the first time ever, to pick up Chinese food and there wasn’t a fortune cookie in the bag!

Ordered online. Put specific directions for delivery. I was promised a text when it arrives. Nope. Never got a text and it was delivered to the wrong door. Food is now cold. NOT HAPPY
