Happened to come across this place by surprise and at the last minute. Was looking for something light - a la a moo shu pork. I wasn't sure what to expect - but have to say it was really, really good. It is the first time I remember eating the whole portion. It was a great balance of vegetables, protein and seasoning. The only down side, using egg roll skin as the pancake is a bit of a cop out. A true Mandarin pancake would have earned it 5 stars.

Hong Kong was a staple in our home weekly from 1997- 2021, and often with several friends, need I say more? Well I will. On the occasion when I picked up drive by Shrimp Toast ;-D (road trip) I would see the owner filling and wrapping his dumplings, 100s of them. Always fresh, steamed or fried. I can recommend just about every dish from the menu! I have moved away and have tried 15+ Chinese restaurants and take-outs, nothing compares to Hong Kong. Thank you for walking our neighborhood, dropping off the menu, meeting you, and opening in the Caldwell's so many years ago! I miss your ribs, Lomeins, Szechuan string beans, sesame sauce, egg and spring rolls, General T's, etc....the special hot mustard and the happy faces of friends enjoying with us! Deliveries were great too. (15 cedars pre-2021). 谢谢

This is our go to every Friday night! Food is always fresh and hot. My preference is general tsos shrimp. Large portion for two meals. Others like the shrimp with lobster sauce and chicken fingers with French fries. Good delivery and friendly service

Honestly some of the better Chinese food around - really pleased with the amount of veggies I get with the combination plates. Most places give you a “decorative” amount of broccoli, but at HKCK you get an impressive variety of vegetables.I called and my order was ready in 10 minutes. Quicker than I was. Piping hot by the time I got home.It’s almost like it’s faster and cheaper when you *don’t* order through DoorDash!

I did not have high hopes when ordering take out from here, with its budget looking sign, and mediocre reviews. But my expectations were met and the food was above and beyond. I live small buisnesses becusee you can taste the love that was put into the food, and this establishment is no different. All the food is superb, and made is a quick matter, making it the perfect take-out for someone in a rush. Do not overlook this fine establishment when pondering what to eat.

This is my parents go-to because they are vegetarian. I did dumplings and the kung Po chicken and I was very happy. Kiddo had no problems with the veg lo mein. This place was good.

Love their chicken wings with pork fried rice.House chow mai fun has lots of fresh ingredients.Pepper steak has plenty of beef, peppers, and onions.Sesame chicken is not overly battered like some other places.Eggrolls and BBQ ribs are good too.

Our family has ordered from Hong Kong, once or twice a month for years. Food is good and service has always been friendly, until yesterday. I don’t know who picked up the phone and took my order, but he wasn’t very kind and hung up as soon as I ordered. He didn’t repeat what I ordered or tell me when to pick up. When I arrived to pick up my order, I smiled and said hello. He said nothing and walked right past me! Cold as ice! He handed me my order and said nothing! I said thank you. He said nothing! Turned and walked away. His rudeness was overwhelming! My kids always look forward to their fortune cookie, which didn’t exist! I think this is the first time ever, to pick up Chinese food and there wasn’t a fortune cookie in the bag!
