Their holiday buffets are excellent. Nice selections to choose from. The food is delicious and the servers/hostess go above and beyond which is greatly appreciated coming from a restaurant background myself, where everyone is a critic! They do an outstanding job.

We love Calandra's Village and eat there often. Easter brunch had a beautiful ambiance great selection on the buffet unfortunately the hot buffet was cold and replacing the trays was slow. The beef was a roast not a prime rib. We also went there on Thanksgiving, and it was a whole different experience.

Our first time at Calandras. The food was very good. Usually I would try one of their standard italian dishes but they had a special on the menu that peaked my interest. I had the chicken rollotini stuffed with fontina cheese, spinach and dates. It was very good. My wife had the filet of sole and she loved it. It was a quiet saturday night, not too many people in the restaurant but overall the experience was nice. Definitely will go again!

Food was great. Only thing I didn't like was how the bill comes. We were a group of 6 and gratuity was included. When I got the check back to sign, it had their total amount, which included tip. A line for me to add a tip, and the total. This should say “additional tip” since it was already included. I almost tipped again without realizing it. Very sneaky. I bet people tip there and end up tipping 40% between the two.

Besides the food, the service is outstanding. I asked the waiter if they have any hot drink like hot chocolate coz we were sitting outdoor and it was kinds cold when it’s getting late, the waiter told me they don’t have it. But after while he came back and let us know he just went to the kitchen and talked to them and found out they have chocolate milk and they can steam it. And ended up they didn’t charge us too. When our table server/waiter went to the kitchen (before we knew he went to the kitchen to find out the hot chocolate for us), another waitress passed by and checked out each table and when she asked if we needed anything and we said we ordered already, he immediately observed that our glass was still empty that she thought no one brought us water yet, so she immediately went to grab us water. The front desk who took us to our dining table also observed that our seats were without cushions and told us it’s better to sit on cushions and brought us the cushions for our seats right away. All of these thorough details impressed us a lot! The foods are good as well. We especially like the duck breast, even the side dish like potatoes well cooked and filled with garlic aroma. I also love the veggies risotto that the veggies taste so fresh. Other dishes are average as well. Definitely wanna come back to try more of other dishes.

Not only because of the impeccable food and service, but also for treating us like family when we had to at a moments notice turn our rehearsal dinner into a mini wedding ceremony. The manager Susan and the wait staff quickly accommodated our group of 12 in a beautiful intimate location space. They went out of their way to make a stressful situation, a joyous one. When we returned weeks later to enjoy a dinner, we were greeted with the same hospitality and kindness as the night of our surprise wedding. Thank you all for your amazing service and attention to every detail. Il Vecchio will always be a place we will visit for years to come!

Completely awestruck by their ambience & vibe! We went there on a Tuesday night for the pasta flight and to our surprise, the restaurant was full and buzzing by 7pm. The host, the workers and the floor manager were all so friendly and caring. The wine flight is definitely a good option if you really love your wines and can’t decide what to choose. We ordered a red and white flight. And for the pasta, we ordered the bucatini, penne and the linguini- oh my the taste was out of the world!! Truly a great experience and will definitely come back soon!

First time visit to “The Italian Village”. The food is home made and fresh. The specials are very special. The service was above incredible, made me and my family feel taken care of. We sat outside on the back patio under the roof but close to the trellises with all the beautiful greenery overhead. There were few patrons so staff accommodated our request to turn tvs off over the bar. Atmosphere was perfect for a summer evening even the music which was just the right volume to be lively without overpowering conversation. Our server was extremely thoughtful and picked up on every question or need. This is a can’t miss spot, restaurant with Italian market and bakery next door. Don’t forget to keep your receipt for a 25% discount to shop the bakery on your way out. It was getting late and we were interested in gelato from the shop next door so our server ran over, checked the flavors and offered to order our gelato so we could bring it back to finish at the patio! We actually wound up getting some incredible desserts from the specials menu, but vowed to come back for gelato and the bakery on their own at some later date.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta and dairy free options abound. Our server asked about dietary restrictions as soon as he came to the table and assisted with thoughtful recommendations
