We ended up here for lunch by accident--lucky us! We received a gracious greeting followed by attentive but not intrusive service. We shared the scrumptious stuffed zucchini blossoms and the delicious pear salad, both served over baby arugula salad. The bread was pillowy and fresh, accompanied by a complimentary plate of marinated carrot coins. Due to time constraints we skipped what promised to be decadent desserts--that will be corrected on our next visit.

I highly recommend La Familia it's like Little Italy in the heart of the Caldwell's.
La Familia is a special place for Me as it brings Me back to My Nanny Emily Giuliano's kitchen in North Caldwell. Proudly I have eaten the entire menu and it's amazing. My favorite is the broccoli rabe. long hot peppers and the Italian potato sliced. Shrimp Fra Diavolo, artichokes marinated with shrimp and the rest of the menu.
