Walkin customers lately are mostly ignored in favor of driveups. I have three times, in the past weeks, walked out after having waited 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. Well intentioned staff but, poorly trained.
When it is just the family that works they arrive late. Cannot even get a refund. They did not change the times they are open so DD shows 5am and allows you to order on the go. They had nothing ready and I was late to work. They even arrived way after 6am.
Great people. There is always a smiley face behind the counter to welcome customers. Om personally takes care of my order every evening and makes sure that my evening coffee is as amazing as it can be. A personal recommendation to this place as they are always clean and serve you in an orderly manner. ??
