The Cafe, to be a Colombian place, could be much better, I was born in Queen's and my family is a Colombian coffee maker and it is sad for others that they sell such a sweet and low quality coffee, they can even raise the price but for it to be of better quality, mount One a restaurant and it takes them out of competition quickly. The service is also very bad. The lady was asked if the cafe could be made stronger and she said that's what it is like with attitude, what is this? For God's sake, where are we left? Colombian kindness!

Everything is so good. We are addicted to all their sandwiches and the arepas de choclo ? if you’re in a rush they have lots of affordable food items already prepared to go. Coffee and a treat under $5, yes please!
If you go in and watch them prepare the food you will quickly realize the food is so good because the chef reallllyy cares about quality and attention to detail. He really makes it with love.

We arrived and said good morning and no one answered. There were some girls working there and they didn't even look at us. After a while after being there a lady came out and it's like they don't want people to go shopping. The only good thing was the bonus bread. Because even the fruit smoothies weren't good. If they don't want to work or are bothered by customers, they better close. And show the girls who work there what customer service is. And when they are cleaning the garbage it is not left in the middle of the place.

The food is good, but the customer service is totally disastrous. They serve you as if you are going to order food and not buy. The manager of the place, a totally arrogant and discriminatory young woman, has a terrible attitude, she chooses whether she wants to sell the product to you or someone else. Seeing their disgusted face and poor attention makes them not want to return to the place even though the food is good.
They treat people who are non Hispanic very rude. They get frustrated when you don’t speak Spanish and won’t even try to accommodate a langue barrier. They opened a new location and my call got sent there by accident. They made me wait 30 minutes for them to bring the food from the other location instead of preparing my food yet they took my money. When I asked for a refund they refused and wouldn’t tell me how long my food would take. I asked to speak to the owner and she was very rude and told me there are no refunds even though my food wasn’t there for 30 minutes. I do not recommend coming here especially if you are not Hispanic.

Until today, 3/24/2024, I was very happy and I was a recurring customer, but I went to look for breakfast and a girl who was in the box (I don't know if she was Dominican) but I spent more than 20 minutes in front of her with my mother and I never took my order, a short lady served me the coffee and from waiting so long it even got cold, in the end I returned the coffee and left very upset for not having been attended to and treated like a zero to the left by this young woman. As a customer I am tolerant but today I felt very bad and I will think twice before returning or recommending. How awful.
