A unique, delicious cheesesteak. Lean, tender steak, more sliced than chopped. Seasoned perfectly. The round poppyseed roll really makes a difference. Just different from any other steak I've had. Wings are what we call 'hard fried' and good but not exceptional, though they are big and meaty. Fries were good. The fried stuff was all fried in relatively fresh oil, which you probably know is not always the case. Atmosphere wise, it's about what you'd expect...
It's become a yearly visit to this watering hole that has proven to be one of the best places to grab a bite before Thanksgiving festivities start. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Can't wait to come back next year and do it all over again!
Crazy mix crowd, left over holloween characters, welcoming mix groups, very happy people, Oldschool style setting and atmosphere, one of the best and I mean best, juicey, fresh tastie cheesesteaks I've encountered since Mimmo's back in the 70's when I was in my teens, great service, terrible thing if you can relate 😁👍👍👍👍👍
