This place is the pits service is 0/0 hands down triflent dirty horrible customer service and honest working person can stand in line for 15 minutes and still get no service due to employees fighting and arguing with each other and customers as well as drug induced customers pan handling and fighting with workers and other customers. Making it a horrible place to stop in the morning before work! It will ruin your entire morning. Not mention the food is always stale and disgusting even bagels and donuts! Throw the whole Dunkin’ Away!

They always have my order ready when I get off the bus. Shakeel is excellent at customer service. The other employees are also wonderful. They know me, my regular order and they get it right every time. When I don’t order ahead, I’m usually in and out in under 3 minutes during peak morning rush.Most importantly, the store crew maintains a safe, clean, orderly operation, while treating each customer with kindness.

☕ The Dunkin' on Broadway in Camden ?⭐️⭐️⭐️- Dunkin' is a chain store, and in my opinion, their food isn't good even at the best of times. Even the Donuts aren't that great.⭐️⭐️⭐️- This Dunkin' is in the ghetto, there is literally no parking, and so the atmosphere isn't all that great.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- The service here is really fast, friendly enough, but where they excel...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- ...is the Coffee. Whenever I have to go through the Walter Rand Transportation Center, this Dunkin' is a must. Extra Large, Caramel Coffee, Extra Cream, Extra Sugar!! They literally, serve the best coffee out of any Dunkin' I've ever been to, STRAIGHT UP!! It's perfect every time that i get it from here.✅️- That's why, even though the Food, and the atmosphere ain't that great, I still give them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating. The coffee is always perfect, and Dunkin' is really all about the coffee anyway. And I'm talking about ALL of the drinks here are always perfect, hot or cold.
Parking: It's right next to/part of the Walter Rand Transportation Center, so nobody really is driving here anyway. They're just walking up.
Kid-friendliness: Keep your kids close to you. Inside and outside.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 regular doors that you have to open on your own, but there are no steps, so wheelchair access is possible.

I went to pick up 2 DoorDash orders&was denied the orders,there was a young lady that placed an order&the 70yr old boy got very disrespectful towards the lady’s 4yr old son so she asked for her$$back& was told NO..She didn’t receive her$$nor the food!!! I then asked for the DoorDash order&&he wouldn’t give it to me..DoorDash was forced to cancel the order.

The short skinny guy took extra money off of me did not run the transaction through the register than when I complained he said he would call the cops on me the last time I was in there I got some water and he disrespected me and I cussed him out now when I walk any were near the store the police follow me around I won't go in that store any more it's a set up for disaster waiting to happen I don't even like being downtown but I have to make my commute and these people treat me like trash and called the cops on me for defending myself

I would give them 1 star but they don’t even deserve that. I’m a manager for a different Dunkin Donuts located in South Jersey. An by far this is the worse one. Just based off customer service itself. The one relatively young women that works in the morning (maybe Hispanic) seem to always have an attitude and that can deter customers from going there. Mind you they couldn’t get a basic small hot tea with 3 sugars and 3 milks right. I understand the location of the store is terrible but it will go along way if the staff had 5 star customer service. I know this because I’m a manager for a Dunkin franchise. The store has potential, the employees just need the right mindset.
