So I had the pepper steak meat was chewy definitely wouldn’t recommend all I get from here is there rice n that’s good there wings have no flavor

Most of the time it's pretty good. Every now and then though they're just okay. And rarely the chicken tastes rubbery, but maybe 1 out of 10 times. I still risk going there on that off chance, especially for the lunch specials. ~$7 a good-sized portion of rice and meat/veggies, and a can of soda. Take-out only and I always pay with cash.
