called and i’m assuming the wife was taking calls, she does not really know english. Didn’t know anything i was talking about when trying to order and so i apologized and simply asked for someone else, i was told yes and put on hold for 10 minutes. Then she decided to hang up and not answer the phone anymore, would not recommend, very ignorant people and very unprofessional establishment.

I really wanted to like this place but one day I decided to stop in and pick up my food and noticed the card for a exterminator by the phone. I thought they were going to try to support local business despite that being the only card up there. As I was waiting for my food, I saw roaches crawling from the kitchen to the middle window.I know everyone has bugs but that wasn’t cool.

Well i ignored the reviews i read about bird feathers and roaches and decided to try it anyways. Worst mistake i ever did. When i walked in it was everything that the bad reviews had said. Found a black hair on my chicken finger but was scared to bring it back cause the man and woman that were running the place just looked sketchy.To many other food places around ..avoud this one at all costs. Going to call the health board on this place .
I went in there yesterday just to see. Well it is true.it reminded me of a sweatshop where you see kids sewing buttons and working. Mexican (i think) kids actually were ringing cash sales on the register while other kids were running around me ?.Not sure what is going on here but i wouldn't worry to much about bird feathers. I'd worry about what you don't see.

You guys need to reimburse his bank card.i know cru ptah.He is one of the nicest guys i know. I work for doordash and will make sure i tell them and post that you guys refuse to refund his babk card. You and your wife at italinis should be ASHAMED of yourselves!!!!

Jeez. Guess you do what you have to do to stay in buisness. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs...found a feather in the food. Paid $26.18. Returned the food with the feather to the husband and wife owners..they were super cool which i thought.The wife handed me money which i didn't count till i got out to my car..they gave me $12.00 lmao. Ummm..not even sure what to add or how bad i can really flip the heck out so ima just sign off lol.Good luck folks with your experience and this establishment. We live in mt laurel and cant take time off work. If you could just refund our card that would be great.

Still no refund on our card and we called your restaurant 3 times. Dont go there peeps i would rate 0 stars if i could. Animal feathers in our food and they dont reimburse our bank card
