Definitely call ahead. Or you’ll be waiting for at least 20 minutes. They’re parked infront of a school and are usually open until like 11 pm if they are not sold out ofc. Chimis have been good every time. I’ve gotten the chicken Chimis. I’ve also had the yaroa, I do recommend.

Nothing is perfect!
In the beginning the issue was the wait time, its fix now; but Now the portion of the meat on the “Yaroas” is decreasing notably! I had ordered “Papa pollo and maduro pollo” and they both have very little shredded chicken. and I ordered on different days of the week.
The taste still there on the “CHIMI res “ and the Fritura’s “carne salada” and portion is good on those. But they have to go back to how they used to do it before, a little bit less cheese and more fries and chicken and sauce!
