I was sick in the parking lot upon arriving and sent my friend in to get napkins so I could clean myself up before going inside to pick up my mobile order. They couldn't even have human decency to give us napkins

This is the worst place McDonald’s ever I have go to, their food is so nasty not recommended it to anyone go to this McDonald’s. I also went as a Uber eats driver to pick up a delivery on the 5 of December 2025 bad thing is that I didn’t record a video for show what all the employee did to me. first of all I arrive at the restaurant respectfully, them I asked for the customer name order, the lady told me that I need the order number, I told her that McDonald’s has changed that now is by the customer name, She refused for the second and third time to give the order, even though that the order was ready, them she started coursing me and saying bad words with attitude when I didn’t. I was waiting for the delivery like about for about 8 or 10 minutes, at the end, the manager and all, and all the employee start laughing at me,
Felt like discrimination I can support it but I don’t like to see discrimination to other people because there’s a lot of people that are weak I’m not that type of person because I know I’m very strong on that. That is very unprofessional to treat others that way this McDonald’s should change the Staffing or close because it’s not good what I felt on that moment. I hope that if McDonald’s see this review can take care of it. thank you.

The worst McDonald store in the world. The worst customer service. I was there for around 45 mins. After the first 15 mins was when i could finally place my order (had to order on my own because i couldn’t get help at the counter). I saw the order on the screen. When i had 45 mins was when finally someone asked my order number and told me there was not order in that store. I was like how in hell if I just placed it and saw it in their screen. I canceled the order and got a refund, but how unsatisfied and what a waste of time

I asked them a question about my mobile order. One of the girls packing the food just rude alll LIKEE WHATCHUYY MEAN. YOU ORDERED ON the phone . I told them my name and girl rolled her eyes. lol gotta pray for these girls. Can’t ask nobody no questions. Can’t say nothing. They literally huff and puff for any little thing. Ask the cashier a question ohhh you gotta talk to the people in the kitchen. Like ain’t that your job? I worked at McDonald’s before never was so rude or unprofessional in my life. Now if you don’t like dealing with people go work in a warehouse. Pray those girls have a better day. Becaiseee lord were they miserable.

I really mean it — people who work in customer service shouldn’t do it if they hate dealing with people. I always buy from this place and always end up upset. I know it’s my fault for coming back when the staff at this location is horrible, but I keep coming because it’s close to my house and I just want to save seven more minutes.

Please, the drive-thru staff should be replaced, and the front counter team as well. They’re rude, and they always give me the soggiest fries. The burgers come out almost without lettuce, sauce, or anything , not even ketchup. Seriously, change your staff or at least improve the quality of their work.

For context, I also work in a restaurant, and I know very well that besides the food, the most important thing is treating customers with kindness ,especially when they’re being polite and respectful.

The front desk is really rude, I got a drive through code and she won’t give it to me, said I cannot open the drive through window. Even other customers have the same problem. She is tall and mean.

Had to wait for 30mins this morning to get my breakfast. Doesn’t matter what you order since we had about 10 ppl waiting to pick up and staff simply don’t care. The dinning area has an unpleasant smell. Order somewhere else if you can.

Couldn't even get my order, had to leave to get back to work on time. Worse 45min experience, plus the restaurant has such a bad odor you can't even smell fries or burgers being cooked. Workers seem under a lot of stress and it shows in their tones and facial expressions.

Whatever you do, don’t go here. The employees are rude and can’t even get you your drinks. You have to wait forever to ask for assistance there and they act so rude about it, like it isn’t their job. I understand being short staff but they are not so I don’t understand the rudeness at this location. Always missing items, sauces, drinks. And when you find out there is something missing, you have to wait forever to ask for it
