my pregnant girl needed to pee and we asked with bag in hand and manager says “yall need to buy sum.” I said “I did look” and then she starts taking and order and ignores us. once the order is done, she says “oh ask one of them” and points to the back. very rude very lazy and horrible I feel bad for the employees

This McDonalds is really something else. Everytime I come here, I leave irritated and disappointed. The service is so freaking bad. It’s only about 3 employees who are nice. The lightskin girl with the red hair (she might be Hispanic) has such a bad attitude. I feel like if you don’t want to work, don’t work!! I get it, but to be irritated and rude all the time. They act like it’s such a problem to ask for a little extra sauce. Which I feel like, if you know all the food you put in this bag is cold, half of it is wrong, giving extra sauce should not be such a big deal. I don’t even do reviews on places but this McDonalds really does have terrible service! It just really takes me out.

Waited 40 minutes in a drive thru line of 2 cars. When I finally get to the front the cashier already gave my online order to someone else and basically told me to kick rocks. Will not be eating at McDonald’s again anytime soon, you’re better off with the Burger King across the street.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. 0 customer service, non stop app issues, then they look at you like they would spend 30 on a cheap meal because of the app. So for the lack of accommodation, I'll just leave a review. If your app isn't working. Dont make a person ride around twice , pay twice. Then just look at me. Second time this week. I should have stopped coming here when they cooked plastic into my burger. Then they say it's probably all the stores. No, Ma'am. Just this one. Dont ask for my mobile code if you know the mobile orders aren't working. The manager is useless. Just paid for a meal I didn't get and now have to wait 24 hours to be refunded. Throw the whole store away

Terrible service, the lady who took my order had a terrible attitude, racist. I know I am in a country where I have to learn the language, but it is costing me to learn it. I let her know that I do not speak English, she did not even bother to give me my order, I do not know what she was saying to me, I left without what I ordered and I paid for it.

I was waiting to olace my order at the drive thru for over ten minutes. When I finally pulled to the front the Manager was rude on her phone having a personal conversation. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!
