Take out orders during lunch break is extremely busy, order in advance. Food is authentic, delicious and hot. Enjoy my friend.

Such delicious food and great service. The portions are large so leftovers are always a plus.
Update: I used their catering for my wedding recently and they did great. The workers were wonderful and all the food was amazing (except the tostones. They were very clearly old and reheated, and extremely tough to eat. Everything else was phenomenal.)

This food is absolutely disgusting…. The chicken smells worst then it taste. It smells as if it was sitting in grease all day. The rest is super salty I’m pretty sure my blood pressure will be high after eating this.

I was disappointed with my visit to Old San Juan. The food was not up to standard, and the service left a lot to be desired. The waitress was on her phone instead of attending to customers, and we weren’t even given napkins without asking. It felt like the dine-in side of the restaurant is not being prioritize. The restaurant seems more on the take-out side of the restaurant.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I just had with your restaurant. Your app and online listings clearly state that you close at 10:00 PM. I drove all the way from Philadelphia to Camden, New Jersey—paying for gas, tolls, and giving up my time—only to arrive at 8:44 PM and find the doors locked. Not only were you closed a full hour and 20 minutes earlier than advertised, but no one even gave me the courtesy of explaining why.
This is completely unacceptable. The app shows it was updated just yesterday, so there is no excuse for such a huge discrepancy between your posted hours and your actual practices. Customers make decisions and spend money based on the information you provide. To waste my trip, my money, and my time because of your failure to honor your own hours is beyond frustrating.
If you close early, you need to communicate that—update the app immediately, put a notice on the door, or at the very least treat paying customers with respect when they arrive. What happened tonight was a total disregard for customer service.
I expect an explanation and to know what corrective action will be taken so this doesn’t happen again.

Food portions are great! But I’m not a huge fan of their food. The pernil tasted bland and the guineos with escabeche tasted salty. The fried plantain had 0salt, Overall, can’t complain the price is good for the amount of food you get. Moreover, the rice con gandules was okay.

Purchased pasteles and the meat was all fat ,never was like this before.😡 looked like they used all the fat they trimmed and didn’t use from the pernil.
The rice pudding needs salt ,and lime to taste better .
Rice pudding taste like vanilla flavored with no salt. Needs coconut cream
