They were pretty busy. I stood in line for about 20 minutes. I was doing takeout. The restaurant looked OK nothing special. The person who waited on me appeared to be a little sick or maybe it was allergies. Not sure she was sneezing. She gave me 3 extra fried plantains.
Customer service SUCKS here! I know English may be the second language, how the facial expressions are a KILLER here! You can tell they’re unhappy about something because it shows! I only keep coming because the food is actually GREAT, however I’m not sure I’m not sure I’ll still be their customer because I’m big on customer service and I’m always friendly even when I don’t want to be especially AT WORK. Love this place. Love it . I love it . I love it. My black ass feel like a puerto rican whenever i eat there food. I rather eat there because the food is on par with any high quality 4 -5 star restaurant in the 100 mile radius and i guarantee you no matter who you are, and what you plate is , you will find something in this store that you will LOVE. If the people from 600lbs life find out about this restaurant im telling you they wouldnt want to leave , the food is that good....
