I ordered a Hot ham and cheese sandwich, I will include the screenshots of my order. What I got is something else. I don't know exactly what. It appears that in no way they toasted, heated, or had it near a heat source. I am including pictures. I won't order anything from there again.

I'm done ordering from here, I'm a regular and order the same thing all the time and they constantly getting my order wrong. Always bringing the wrong thing. Food be Cold and if they make a mistake it takes 2hrs for them to come back. Really bad service

Placed an order online through their website and after it was late, I called them and was told they don't deliver to my location. Their website shouldn't allow you to place an order if they don't deliver to your location and proper customer service would have been to call and inform the customer they can't fulfill their order. Wasted an hour waiting for food that I now have to find elsewhere.
I ordered two large pizzas with extra sauce and tops (mushrooms)and wings and strawberry cheesecake.I checked the bag.... No extra sauce and tops. Wings was burned and black in the middle feathers. Strawberry was brown on top. I called boil's. He said that was a special deal.?? ? Pizza Boil's??BRING BACK THE REAL OWER. That when the food was GREATNo pics. I was loyal, not NOMORE

I ordered 8 boxes of pizza for my employees with only 1 stipulation: Please do not be late because my employees only have a 30 minute window to eat their lunch. My order was over 20 minutes late, which left my employees with only 10 minutes to eat to 8 boxes of pizza. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, this is not the first time this has happened to us, but it will definitely be the last time, as I will NEVER order from this place again. Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice.....

They MUST be under new management or these are PAID reviews.They mess up food orders ALL the time ..and they don't refund or remake food !!!The "manager" was a foreign woman, workers from the LOCAL area, THEY were nice and trying to fix the mistake. SHE was NOT.She was very loud and UNPROFESSIONAL. and didn't accommodate even after employees said order WAS made wrong. She become verbally combative yelling at employees, then at me for complaining.. INSANE !FYI* The food you see posted is NOT ? theirs!Except the bottom left burnt ? slices in gallery.After manager said she wasn't giving me a refund or redo what she messed up.I told her that I WOULDN'T be back, but she didn't know ..I reviewed.I wouldn't want her remake it anyway, she'd probably do something to it .. TOO risky for me !So, my order was WRONG and warm ish /couldn't get a redelivery redo. FOOD tasted like something a teen could make at home.SO..STAY AWAY keep your money ? coins.Make a ham ? sandwich at home. It'll be tastier cheaper satisfying and recognizablePizza BOILs/BOLI ?..! ??
