Ive always ever only been in drive thru. Food is always warm to hot. Biscuits are a hit or miss with being fresh or old and dry. Staff is staff especially the African American young lady. I did however have hair in the food and trashed it. When I called I was asked how do I know it doesnt belong to me. I showed them the hair no apology. What so ever. Its not ok to behave like that do better

When you ask for the 10 piece that's on so they tell you that it's cheaper if you get the mail but they literally don't have a 10-piece meal so you will be paying more money I don't like the games they play and the little gimmicks anyone can add and subtract. Picture added at the end of the night about 2:00 in the morning food poisoning from this location. This is the second time that I have gotten sick from this location never returning ever again. Definitely...

This place is always run by slow servers. Zero sense of urgency. Ordered online thinking it would be faster and still waited 15mins for my order. Definitely don't go there if you're in a rush. There was another customer there that ordered their food while they were in Medford and also had to wait for their order. Smh the service is my only complaint. The food is always good.
