Amazing food I got the opportunity to to support this new establishment. The food was amazing I tried the fish hoagie 10 wings with garlic parm sauce and buffalo.it is worth the wait. The fish Hoagie left me speechless. This business will do very well the food is flavorful and the Muslim sister are very respectable. The price point for the product offered is spot on. I will go back and try more items off the menu.

Very terrible experience I will absolutely not be returning I waited for 4 hours for my order which they did not have anything that I ordered my whole order was all over the place after waiting for 4 hours plus for my meals was mad (salty) the service was terrible and wouldn't be able to issue me a refund almost $100 in food here wasted and I traveled all the way from Philly after working very disappointed

These meals are not for lunch breaks okay! Don’t let the prices alarm you. I purchased a pepper steak platter $25 a salmon cheesesteak $22 and a wing platter. The portions are generous. Enough for 2 people or 2 meals (even the salmon cheesesteak) and I like to eat. The wait was long due to a recent YouTube review, but it’s worth it. My favorite side is the Caribbean cabbage. It has a lil kick to it but it’s good. The food is heavy (solid) if you know what I mean. I’m going to drink my 2 bottles of water and try saving my other half for tomorrow. It’s kind of early tho

Ate here last year me an my hubby came all the way from Trenton to try this well known spot I’m from Camden nj so I always support we were greeted very well but we didn’t receive our food for over an hour an a half they were worried about incoming calls an deliveries an when we received our food it was cold chicken wings were dry an it seems like the grease needed to be changed that they were cooked in collard greens were good but we will never return not only was the food cold an a long wait food was way overpriced 2 slices of cake for 21$ wth we love to support our black businesses but come on.(An ms Shelly I didn’t wait a whole year to respond I said last year there’s no hate at all it’s just facts that we waited that long inside of your business why would I lie ? Everything someone makes isnt always perfect it’s ok why get upset )

Quite an eating experience..prepared heart n soul. Worth your trip
First time having a jerk chicken cheese steak. The bread was soft and easy to rip apart. Everything inside the cheesesteak went well with the jerk chicken and tasted very good. It also fills you up, good portion size. Will definitely come back next time try there seafood section.

If you have not been here yet….GET HERE ASAP. The food is outstanding and deserves more than 5 stars. You will not be disappointed. The lobster cheesesteak is DELICIOUS. We had one made with chicken and one with beef. I still cannot decide which one is best. Both are insanely delicious. And I look forward to having it again. The salmon stuffed crab was amazing. My husband, mother and I enjoyed this food so much. This is a MUST VISIT AGAIN spot. I need to try everything. The service was great. Food is made to order and made with LOVE.

Originally we were going to go to aunt Berta but I saw this spot had great reviews. I’m glad we tried Shelpots! Food was amazing and it was giving soul vibes for sure. I had the macaroni and cheese with a salmon and cheesesteak bowl over rice. My bf has the general tos chicken salmon bowl and pound cake. I will definitely order again ! Portions were a good size too.
