I saw the 3 star rating and hesitated but it turned out that I was overthinking. My assumption is that the Starbucks is located in the hospital and there are a couple of guys who were outside of the hospital trying to speak with you and they're a little scary which contributed to the low score.
I have to say the service is good and I had a bagel there which was pretty yummy. The staff asked me if I want cream or butter. I chose butter and they give me two.
I wish I could have the coffee there too, but I already bought a coffee at McDonald's. There are very few people there. Most of them are nurses and hospital staffs. Lots of seats are available. No wait time. You can have your time there as long as you want.
The shop itself is pretty quiet. No scary people inside because it was in the hospital. Most of the people are working while taking a break. Speaking with colleges about work, looks professional and with good etiquette.

Very unprofessional! Staff members were more engaged with their friends who were congregating. One staff member was on her personal cell phone, while preparing drinker. This is the worse Starbucks ever.
For the longevity of this establishment retraining is essential.
Worst experience ever. I’m a overnight nurse and I usually like to get my drinks here before I start my night shift @7 but the workers are very unprofessional cursing behind the counter having bad attitudes and slamming your drinks on the counter instead of handing it to you. VERY RUDE STAFF and a very UNFRIENDLY environment I will tell other nurses to not go here.

My wife is in ICU here at Cooper. I have been here for hours on New Year’s Eve. All I wanted was a grilled cheese sandwich and a hot chocolate. Out of grilled cheese! The hot chocolate tasted like soapy hot water. I gave it back. They offered to make another but it was so bad, I did not want to try another

Extremely slow service although there were not alot of people waiting.
A staff member was making his own drinks behind the counter while on his personal phone. Never saw him wash his hands as he went behind the counter from walking into the store.

I’m not a Starbucks regular but even I can tell these Baristas have no idea how to make 98% of the drinks on the menu! They don’t even have the decency to tell you up front they’ll just butcher the entire order and expect you to accept it. I literally ordered a strawberry citrus frozen energy drink with strawberry purée and was handed something that looked like a cup of milk with a splash of white claw in it! The minute I complained the young girl had the nerve to look at me like I was crazy. I had to ask the one good barista they have if he could fix my drink and unfortunately he didn’t know how to make it either smh. I was told it was really hard to make yet it’s on the menu smh. Staff must constantly mismanage their time because I order ahead and still end up waiting excessive amounts of time for my order. Not to mention they let you order sold out items when ordering ahead… Basically it’ll let you pick and pay then get downstairs and none of your order is available or correct.

I love this stop! Even though I don’t have a lot of money, I was treated to some free pastries from the clerk that waited on me! Such a nice gesture from her!

I had ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam. I was given a black cold brew. When we told the barista that we wanted cold foam she said you have to order that. When we showed her the sticker on the cup which clearly showed thats what we ordered she took the cup walked away with it without saying anything. She brought the same cup back put it in front of us didn't say anything again (had done nothing to it at this point), she handled two other coffee orders that were ordered AFTER we told her about our wrong order, then put a separate hot cup (which we opened and saw the cold foam in it) next to us and walked away without saying anything yet. There were no other customers at the time so she didn't walk away quickly because of it being busy just rude and unprofessional. That would be the best words to describe this particular barista at this location.

This Starbucks is definitely on the wrong path there employees have mean attitudes ask for something extra and quickly here comes the attitude not once but twice two different employees.tThe customer isn’t always wrong for speaking up because I do The Employees are really awesome during the work week my opinion I simply asked for a bag for my two items.was I wrong?? Because I surely got the Mean Face.
