Parking: Some people are really possessive about their parking spots and we'll come out and yell at you or try to fight you. I had a bunch of guys get behind my car and say I couldn't leave until I paid the money lol. I told him I was getting that 1 way or another and read the engine and slammed in reverse and I got away. He also lefto watch out for the police. I will park on one side and walk to the other to get my drugs . Because when I parked in front of the set, 2 days in a row cops flew up to me and started screaming at me

I know ppl did bad reviews but me and my sister and mom made it a home we lived in it for 5 years and its perfect I love it !!

I am completely disgusted with the hot water issue at this point. It was not until this spring of 2017 that I have began to experience the problem the residents have talked about. We have been out of hot water off and on for 12 days and counting. Mind you, this spring has had mostly temperatures in the 50s and 60s and the heat is turned off. They expect us to be ok washing in cold water with chilly temperatures outside and in the apartment . All the manager keeps saying is that this out of their hands. They have no way to fix it because the have a hvac company that they hired. But here's the easy fix, HIRE A NEW HVAC COMPANY OR GET A NEW SYSTEM. I understand this is a low income apartment but we should not be treated this way. They have the nerve to say that they can't do reimbursement or give credit towards rent. That is straight bulls***!

Ive been here 2 yrs now in a 2 bdrm and have found a way to make this place a home. Its an ok place to start if it's your 1st. Its a little small but then again just enough for me and my 4 yr old. Also my water gets very hot if i wanted it that way. There is drug activity (not on my side....at times youll hear gunshots) There are mice and roaches BUT I rarely see roaches in MY apartment (sprayed the entire apartment down before moving in, haven't had a problem since) and i see a mouse once every 3 months ( i found some holes and had them patched up so even less often than that) Nothing of mine has EVER been tampered with or eaten through in any way. My daughter stays inside because the kids in the area are mostly ill-mannered but thats ok (we go to cooper river to play) You have to be on top of maintenance to get things done but it will get done. They also try to bring the community together with movie nights and BBQs. These are subsidized apartments in a harsh part of Camden guys. ITS WHAT YOU MAKE IT! Stay to yourself + mind your business = no drama! Clean house(properly) + the right products = Bug/rodent free! Its that simple and I'm comfortable enough to stay until i find something better.
