Chocolate Face Cupcake & Brownies

I have been to chocolate Face many times. Usually it is a pleasant experience but this Mothers Day was awful. There was a young woman behind the counter who was downright rude. I can handle indifference, and would probably still put money in the tip jar. But she made my sister and I both feel like we were annoying her. and to boot, she put a regular cupcake in the box that said gluten free…so there is that. I will walk right out if I see her there again.

The cupcakes have a great flavor. I like that they had a good amount to choose from. They even have some gluten free options. The one downside is the employees are not very welcoming and don’t want to be bothered answering questions.

Super friendly employees and the cupcakes are delicious! I drove 45 minutes to get these and it was WORTH the drive!

Cashier was very very rude.
Are they going out of business?
My cupcake was oily.
My friends cup cake was not even the size of a cupcake, more like a cooked. The filling wad nothing more than icing with a little cream added. The frosting was horrible . Overly sweet to hide the taste of oil not butter.
We wanted to order a party cupcake cake but the cashier was so rude we just left ...and Im glad we did.

This bakery is fantastic!! We had them make cupcakes and a single tier cake for us to cut into for our wedding. Our guests loved all the different flavors we had. Our personal favorite was the coconut cupcake, it’s absolutely delicious! All of the workers are also so nice! I sent them a Pinterest photo of how I wanted the cake to look and they honestly made a better looking cake than the one I sent! I’d highly recommend this bakery!!!

Excellent cupcakes and brownies…amazing variety! Best ever. Was very upset when I had to go gluten free and thought I could no longer have cupcakes. Now I go for the gluten free chocolate brownie with icing and gluten free chocolate cupcake…can’t even tell they are gluten free!!

The cupcakes are mid. The cashier that assisted me also was acting like I was going to run off with my cupcakes. She kept telling me the price and reached for my card when another customer was checking out with another employee. My card was in her hands before the transaction even finished smh

Always delicious

I am not sure what is better at Chocolate Faces, the staff or the product.
We enjoy their cupcakes at least 15 times a year as each of our family members want specific cupcakes for birthday.
