Great restaurant! Service was perfection! Most of all, the food was delicious. A wonderful array of fresh fish on the menu. It's a must visit when you're in Cape May.

It had been years since my wife and I dined at this venerable establishment. And here it was, in all its hustle-and-bustle-but-still-elegant-BYOB manner. What a great vibe! So down we sat, with Dean as our server. We began with crab soup for my wife and, for me, blackened scallops. The scallops were wonderful, but -- alas -- the crab soup was not to my wife's taste, nor mine. It was too dense and rich for us. For mains, my wife ordered the snap[peer and I opted for Tuna. Both these mains were marvelous, each in its own way. The only complaint -- if you want to call it that -- was the size of the mains. H U G E! I'm a big eater, and I lost to the tuna. My wife's not a big eater, so you can guess how that circumstance evolved. But, as I said, it's not a complaint. Next time -- and there most definitely will be a next time -- we'll order more wisely. Having heard wonderful things about 410's pastry chef, we decided to split a dessert, in this case, kay lime pie, just ever-so-slightly frozen. It was absolutely sensational. Again, the portion was large, but it was just the right size for the both of us. This is one of the top of Cape May's must-visit restos.

410 Bank St. is a Cajun-inspired restaurant that delivers on flavor without bringing the heat of a Louisiana day in mid-August. I ordered the blackened catfish topped with crawfish étouffée, and it was outstanding—two plump fillets, a rich, flavorful sauce, and two large shrimp on top. The portion was generous enough that I couldn’t even finish it.

For those concerned about spice, this is definitely approachable. I’d rate it a 2 out of 10 on the spiciness scale—delicious and well-seasoned, but not hot. We brought our 80-year-old parents along, and they loved it, which says a lot about how versatile the menu is.

The restaurant itself is set in a beautiful old home, which adds to the charm and makes it a fun spot for family dining. Plus, it’s BYOB, so don’t forget to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with your meal. A great experience overall.

Fabulous meal! We eat out often and this ranks as one of the best, if not the best. Our waiter was outstanding… helpful, pleasant and responsive.

We have dined at most of the highly recommended restaurants in Cape May. This was repeatedly mentioned so we were hopeful.

Both of our entrée selections were disappointing and could not finish either. Our Server was fantastic and cocktails were delicious. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend—especially at this price point.

For appetizers we ordered the scallops and the crab terrine - both were delicious. However for the main course I ordered the cape may mahi mahi and was very sadly disappointed. The dish overall was very sweet. The rice tasted like sweet oatmeal and the sauce was similar to one you’d have with a dessert dish. Unfortunately the main meal left a bad taste in my mouth and was overall not appetizing. Overall service and atmosphere were great.

Been going here for 30 years, great place. Jurga our server was excellent, except I would suggest she give the prices of the nightly specials. Only downside of meal was the tiny teeny soft shell crab special for $55 bucks. Other than that, an excellent experience again

This is a byob restaurant so you save on wine costs by bringing your own. We know locals who consistently dine here but personally fine the food to be a mixed bag of some delicious items and some so-so. The main dining area is one open room which gets packed and loud. Be sure to call and find out where the restaurant parking is as many of the lots in the area are realtor parking lots (available to the public in the evenings) with a $10 flat fee.
