Excellent breakfast and great location. Food came out pretty quickly after ordered and it was spot on for all of our food. The coffee selection and special drinks were great too. It hit the spot. Thanks for a great start to our days.

Walked in and stood there for 5 minutes without any of the 4 people working acknowledging my existence. They all saw me and there weren’t any other customers in there during that time. Unacceptable.

With all due respect, it happened. I frequent your other locations so it was disappointing to see this happen. My wife ordered food next door and had it before I walked out so it could have been longer than 5 minutes. We walked into each establishment at the same time. They came and got me when they were done. Disappointing.
Yes, actually one other patron came in while I was waiting. She was back to have her order corrected because she received the wrong order.

Decent coffee and espresso drinks. Muffins and bagels are not anything special was a little bland. Staff seemed a little unorganized and I can’t really explain what happened but they were just putting out coffees and didn’t know who’s was who’s.

Location is perfect and staff is very friendly. I got a lox sandwich with the cucumber dill cream cheese and my husband and I both said it was the best bagel we’ve ever had and we are bagel snobs.

I was not very impressed. Staff seemed disinterested. Coffee wasn’t very good for the price or for any matter. The location is hard to beat. And if it wasn’t for that, there wouldn’t be any reason to ever go here. Many better coffee shops in CM.
