Yesterday we went to Cape May Winery with a bachelorette party group. We had a great experience from booking, too ordering our wine and enjoying our time in the lower cellar room. Special shout out to the amazing table of guests next to us that included 3 married couples that each had been married for over 25 years. They stopped at our table to give our bride-to-be some amazing wedding and successful marriage advice. It was a really special visit and I am so glad we chose to come here! 💜

Really pretty spot. Wasn’t a huge fan that we were told we had to leave since we had kids. Otherwise really pretty and good wine. #sunshinereviews

Took my mom and sister today 10/5/24 for the first time. It was delightful. We had sweet flight, hummus, mix cheese plate, and brie with blackberries on baguette. The truffle lavender honey was delicious, I bought a jar.

Only thing I'd say I didn't like is the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.

Very helpful staff

Great food. Enjoyed the wine ? as well. The set up is a little confusing because you don’t get served at the table. Two separate stations for food and wine. A fun experience, would go again.

Absolutely the worst experience, if you come with a baby they put you in the back half of th winery farther away from the building. Then not even 90 mins into our time a very rude lady comes up to tell us it 21 and over for us to be here after 5. When they sat us out here because we have a baby,Waking up a sleeping baby who has made no noise. We will never come back here
This place has good wine but horrible people and company.
I will never recommend this place again!

Didn’t know NJ had so many wineries and was skeptical upon trying as I thought it might be cheap sweet wines (this was our first NJ winery). Was very pleasantly proven wrong. The guy leading our tasting was a delight today and the wines were of surprisingly high quality. The white port was like a dry sherry - awesome. Would def recommend for those into good wines.

My husband and I visited Cape May Winery in July and had an amazing experience ! We loved it so much we are taking the drive back down again a few weeks later.

We started the visit strong with the wine tasting. Clayton told stories as we tried each wine for a one of a kind experience ! The wine was so good that we bought a few bottles and stayed for a few hours. The outdoor space is so beautiful and relaxing. To top of off, there was low key live music to really create a peaceful atmosphere. The snack stand serves small bites that were also pretty good!

The staff was wonderful! Nancy was an amazing host, showed us around the picturesque grounds and took pics for us! We also had pleasant chats with KK and Coley.

This may be one of my favorite places in all of NJ!

Has basically gone the direction of a lot of other drink/food establishments (under this family ownership) in Cape May
.very overpriced for mediocre wine, and food. I guess as long as people are willing to pay they aren’t planning to change their business model.

This place is so beautiful, but unfortunately my family and I had a bad experience. We had a group for my bachelorette come in and were unaware they required reservations for larger parties, but the staff was nice and let us sit inside since we were only stopping in for one drink. The atmosphere inside was nice and we weren’t the only patrons, but the staff yelled at us for “being too loud” after laughing once as we were enjoying time with each other. The one staff member proceeded to tell us we needed to go upstairs “if we wanted to be loud” and even said “you can be loud all you want if you go upstairs”. She basically made us feel unwelcome to even stay any longer. I feel like I shouldn’t need to apologize for laughing when other people were talking just as loud and they weren’t asked to leave? We even cleaned up after ourselves to help the staff and got yelled at for it. This was our first time here and although we thought the staff member was being kind in letting us stop in for a drink without a reservation, she was extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable.
