Horrible. Don’t go you will be overcharged and disappointed. Food was not fresh. Reheated.

The patio here is nice and we didn’t have to wait at all on a Saturday morning for breakfast around 10AM. But the perks end there. Service was poor. Our waitress only stopped at our table once. Never refilled our tiny water glasses. Was completely absent from the dining space so we could not even flag her down. Brought the check while we were all still eating, without asking if we wanted anything else. There were 10 open tables so it wasn’t like she needed us to hurry or she was super busy. We were her only table. Food was over cooked, a bit cold, and several elements were not as indicated in the menu (we ordered 7 plates and 3 of 7 didn’t come out with the correct bread and/or cheese). GF pancakes were not nearly as good as at other Cape May establishments that cater to GF. Beverages came in plastic to-go cups, which felt weird since we were dining in. Pricey place for very basic food. Will not be returning.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and dairy free pancakes, waffles and toast.

Found Dock Mike's by accident. What a find! We stopped for brunch and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. It was so good we returned for breakfast the next day.
Breakfast was also outstanding

Great breakfast spot in Cape May. Pretty popular so you might have to wait, but we only waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated. We started with some coffees, the hot latte was good but the iced pumpkin lattes were too sweet and didn’t have enough espresso to balance the sweetness. We shared an order of pumpkin pancakes as an app, which were quite yummy. For my main, I had the curry omelet which was absolutely delicious if you are a curry fan. Would definitely recommend. Service was great.

Doc mikes has a long wait and in the end was really not worth the coin. Ended costing more than our dinner for breakfast which is OK but there's always a better deal around the block. It could be a go to if you can't find someone else you like better and so be it ! The syrup was banging and the pancakes were good

Had lunch here a week ago. Had three small iced teas in a plastic cup. Assumed $3.50 included refills for this tiny amount. It did not and I was charged $10.50.
No warning. Never coming back here... Deceiving!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! we ordered omelets the eggs SMELLED AND TASTED ROTTEN along with 0 flavor! The owner maria was rude nasty and very unprofessional. We asked to speak to her privately, we didn't want to make a scene do to others dining there. We quietly explained that our food was terrible we felt it was spoiled and we were sorry but we would pay for our tea and exit quietly i told her I wouldn't give her a bad review etc. But she was rude and nasty she told us she was insulted and in 35 years she's never had a complaint clearly she's not reading her reviews there's plenty of bad ones on here. We are the ones that are actually insulted your demanding CASH! everything is EXTRA! All you get is an omelet and 1 peace of bread for 20 bucks that taste like DOG FOOD!! the place was empty only a few tables filled. We have been coming here for years every year today was beyond DISSAPOINTING!!! everything was different from last year. Clearly she is STRUGGLING to keep her business up float why she switched to cash only and everything is extra. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! plenty of great restaurants all over cape may

A Cape May must visit!! Our waitress Susan was phenomenal. She went out of her way to ensure our experience was perfect.

Doc Mike's has one of the best atmospheres in Cape May. We felt special and pampered on our vacation splurge. The charming staff were all incredibly friendly and felt like a big family. In this economy and on vacation it's so nice to see people happy at work.

The food was also perfect. Eggs Benedict was perfectly poached with a thick indulgent hollandaise and perfectly seasoned home fries. I'll absolutely try the crab cake one next time. My fiance got the apple strudel pancakes on a recommendation. They were decadent without being too over the top. Even as a water snob the free water was amazing and tasted filtered. Next time I'll definitely try a latte or docktail.

Parking: Small free lot but lots of street parking

Kid-friendliness: Wonderful place to take the kiddos

Food was fine - nothing exceptional, definitely overpriced. We were sat and no one came to our table for about 10 mins (a server walked right past our table multiple times with no acknowledgement and were were only 4 tables sat on the whole patio - it was not busy). When someone did come over, it was “hi, someone said you two were looking around so I can just take your order.” She was nice, but once our food was dropped, no one ever came back and we had to go find someone to get our check. It was a very weird experience, but the patio was nice?

Restaurant looks inviting, but food is very expensive. Drinks are even more expensive. No refills on coffee (I have never experienced this before in 45 years of life). Cash only!! It's 2024, nobody carries cash anymore!! I am sure there are better places in the area for breakfast.

Great restaurant for breakfast. We went here when Mad Batter was too full. The food was great and the porch was comfortable. We even got to bring our well behaved ? dog.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp was easy to get to from parking lot to the porch

Possibly once a great spot, they seem to have lost their drive to please customers. The atmosphere seems that of what you would expect from a beachside breakfast staple; possibly “THE PLACE” of an era gone. Our (eggs and pancakes) were brought out in staggering order, leaving our daughter waiting for a waffle until most of us had finished their breakfast. Wait staff friendly but disengage- Wouldn’t return for the mediocre eggs and pancakes. uncle BIlls far surpasses this spit.
