Take out seafood uncooked and cooked food to go is phenomenal!! Cannot wait until you open again. James & I will be there the Wednesday before Thanksgiving & leaving the Monday morning afterward, but I know you are not open until before Christmas. We will miss you & definitely hook up once you're open afterward. Love you all, and enjoy your holidays!???

Fantastic restaurant/seafood shop!!! Me and my wife were just walking around, looking for something to eat and just stumbled across this place. BLEW US AWAY!!! I got the shrimp po boy, it was so fresh, shrimp crispy and flavorful! Really good hoagie roll too! My wife got a pound of steamed shrimp and was also incredibly impressed. Highly recommend, A++

$15 calamari poor taste, texture and quality. $20 lobster roll made with claw meat better, but tiny portion and only mayonnaise version, no butter version!

We had the seafood scampi and a Caesar salad. Shrimp and scallops were cooked to perfection. Crab mix was very tasty. All this over linguine covered in a creamy sauce. Delightful! Everything is take out but we are ate the outside eating bar setup with stools. Definitely worth it.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. Lobster roll was about half the size of what is pictured and it came on a stale hotdog roll. The fried fish sandwich had good fresh lettuce and tomato but the fish was bland. For the price and expectations based on other reviews we were left disappointed and still hungry.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday and got the crab cake and lobster roll to go, they were phenomenal!! We got the clam chowder to go and had that this evening, again another home run . I do not rate places nor do I make posts on the internet but I have to say the service and food was outstanding and will 100% be back for more of this food.

We stopped in for lunch over Labor Day weekend..Service was over the top!! We ordered calamari, crab cake sandwich, lobster roll. It was amazing! We got salmon filets to cook at home for dinner. Everything was fresh and tasty! We will be back!!

There is a reason why this place has a perfect 5 star rating here. The food is cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The establishment is clean and neat. The service is friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu. We walked here because the reviews were good and got the crab cake sandwich and filet mignon sandwich. Both were very good and made fresh to order. We will be back! Prices are also very reasonable.

As Cape May regulars, we have often struggled to find superior dining experiences that don’t break the bank. We searched for an easy carry out option, and happened upon Dockside Dave’s. For 4 people, our total was more than reasonable for the excellent food we received! We ordered crabcake sandwiches, steamers, the clam chowder, shrimp cocktail, and 2 sides of fries. Everything was amazing, and we would highly recommended carrying out from Dockside Dave’s.

Excellent Food, Staff, and Atmosphere. They offer outdoor seating and have fresh seafood and veggies for sale. Definitely worth a stop!

Great service. Arugula on the po boy is fresh. Sandwich is super tasty. I’m not usually a fan of lobster rolls that have mayo, but this was absolutely delicious. Also calamari is melt in your mouth good ? can’t wait to have this place again next time we are in the area

The best lobster mac & cheese we ever had! My husband and I come to Cape May a lot, and this was the first time that we tried Dockside Dave’s. The staff there were extremely nice and the food was incredible. I highly recommend coming to try it!

Awesome food at great prices We went there for lunch it was so good we returned for our dinner.
