We've ordered from Erma Deli several times. Sometimes the food is very good and sometimes it's terrible! They also forget sauces, salad dressing, etc. pretty often.

Was told the wait was an hour didn’t have an issue with that but food arrived an hour and 30 minutes. They called back asking for another customer with a different order. Burgers cold, fries and cheese cold, wings cold and they cut the burgers which made it impossible to hold to eat or even reheat. Who cuts a burger?? For 68 bucks for cold food? Would have rather the order been remade if you knew it was going to be cold by the time you figured out what customer was who. Never again.

I have taken my little family to Erma Deli and Pizzaria to dine in, and picked up take out for the last 3 years when we have vacationed in Cape May. We have had very good luck going there. The food has always been delicious, the portions are always generous, and even though their prices are what I call "down the shore pricing" they certainly not as expensive as most places and their portions definitely make up for it. Erma Deli and Pizzaria will continue to be one of our go to place for delicious food next year when we vacation in Cape May again.

Our waitress was so dang rude, slamming stuff on the table. She seemed upset when we asked for refills. Never checked on us after we received our food. She was nice as pie to the table next to us, but then we were ignored. Even the family next to us was shocked at her behavior stating they have never seen her act that way and apologized to my family. Good luck!

Our food was so good we couldn't even finish it. My 4 year old got the kids mac and cheese and it was a full platter. Let's just say we had leftovers. Best cheese steaks ever.
Kid-friendliness: The staff was so friendly and patient.
By far the best pepperoni cheese steak out side of Phila. Not dry. Roll was fresh not hard like some places. Omg I will be coming back every year from now on. Can't wait to try more of their food.

We stopped on our way to the brewery to grab some food. The team were super welcoming. Everything we ordered was delicious and they even threw in juice boxes and yogurt with the kids meal!
The only place my husband can find an American Hoagie. Foods always good.
