This is my 4th time here and I have to say very disappointing. Drinks were good but food was ok not great no flavor, bar was sticky like they hadn't cleaned it floor was even sticky. Not sure I would return again and it's a shame because the other 3 times I was here it was very good.
Our party of 6 was never seated. Why have reservations when you are unable to be seated. We arrived early and waited at least 1 1/2 hours. Eventually we had to leave because of the poor planning and handling of reservations at Harry's.
We booked 3 tables for the opening weekend of their St Patricks Day pop up bar. We waiting an hour past our reservation time and no one was seated. We were offered tables literally outside in the cold which is not acceptable in March (not even inside their tent). We booked over 2 weeks ago and our party could not be accommodated. We love Harry's and have been for several occasions but this was not a good experience as they were definitely not prepared for the crowd today.
I made a reservation for 4:30 party of 6 in room where featured band was playing. I called numerous times days ahead to make sure this request could happen. No one ever answers phone there! Place was packed(as I expected) but there was no table available for us. Had to wait and finally seated at furthest table away from band by entrance door in entirely different room! I was embarrassed because had out of town guests. Service was great. Irish entrees were delicious. I wouldn't order their house nachos again. Decoration were excellent. Couldn't really hear the band!
Overpriced and low quality food. Service was fine. Would only recommend for a quick bite or drink.
Excellent food. Service was a bit spotty, but it was busy...it was Valentines Day . It was not a bother & we were not rushed. We had a wonderful evening.
6:15 reservation. Hoping to see some food soon.... When they took our order at 630 they told us they were out of Crabcakes and making more, we asked how long should they take to make and the waitress said 15 minutes, we said that's fine because we will have our soups or salads and appetizers prior to that. Soups came out at 7pm, but were waiting for 2 caesar salads, which should be out quicker you would think. First addendum: 7:23 pm: one appetizer has been served. They tried to bring us dinner before the appetizers. We are hoping that when the dinners come out, they haven't been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. 2nd addendum: appetizers arrived at 7:30 PM. We devoured them in two minutes. I will say that the oysters were good. We will keep you posted about the dinners. 3rd addendum: dinner arrived approximately 740, probably because we downed our appetizers. I will admit that everything was warm and tasty. We are thinking that maybe they gave our original crabcakes to someone else because the crabcakes were actually (luke) warm but very tasty. My sirloin was cooked perfectly; fries seriously cold. 4th addendum: dessert was cute. Four little round cheesecakes, different flavors. However there was no rhyme or reason as to who got what flavors, so we did a lot of trading. The chocolate mousse was actually like a Domino's lava cake. But, apparently, it was very tasty. We were suppose to get a complimentary glass of wine for each of us and they charged us for the complementary glasses of wine which were included in the Valentine's Day special. 6th addendum: the charge for the complementary glasses of wine were removed from the bill. They asked us three times throughout the evening if we were staying at the hotel to which we responded each time, no. We are not sure why they kept asking us that... Did it have something to do with the complementary wine... We will never know. 8:43, and we are finally on our way home. 2-1/2 hours.
I sat at the bar and ordered an appetizer and an espresso martini. The bartender was less than enthusiastic. He made the drink and I took one sip, it tasted like watered down coffee. I did not touch it again. It sat there and he never asked how it was or did I want something else When I got the bill and realized it was $16 for a drink that I didn't drink I asked him to remove it from the bill. He asked “whats wrong with it ??” In a vary annoyed tone. The manager then came over and removed it from my bill. No apologies or offers to make me a different drink He must have been having a bad night
We stopped for drinks. The staff and patrons were very friendly.

We were lucky enough to get high top seats for a show during the Exit Zero Jazz Fest in Cape May on Halloween weekend. We didn't eat, hence the no stars for the food. Aside from a great Latin jazz performance, we enjoyed an incredible vibe backed by an incredible sunset watching from the 2nd floor deck. Get to Harry's soon. Always a great time.
