Kings is my go-to spot for ice cream in Cape May! This time I tried the Lavender Bliss, Vanilla ice cream infused with lavender, topped with granola and a honey drizzle. It was absolutely sublime! The portion was generous too, so big I couldn’t finish it and ended up sharing with my group. There were seven of us plus a baby, and everyone gave Kings a solid five stars!

Last nite I had my 1st ice cream from Kings. Too many things to choose from. I was a little surprised how expensive my treat cost. I had the Brownie Sundae. Whipped cream was very tasty. The brownie was to sweet for my liking. Vanilla ice cream with caramel topping was best part of the sundae. Should I visit again my order will be a cup of ice cream, nothing fancy next time. Staff consisted of young people. Not very interactive but they were doing their job well enough.

The owner was completely unprofessional. He was making jokes and comments about me to his son who was behind the counter. I will never be back here again. I didn’t order, I left. Do better.

Acceptable, but we will not go back. While the flavor selection was interesting, the flavor was a little flat. It was acceptable. Our biggest issue was there was a $3 up charge for having two flavors that are not stated ahead of time. And the prices are already a little steep. There are better options.
We had a single (large scoop) of salted caramel ice cream on a sugar cone and a salted caramel shake. The sign noted vegan whipped cream but the server noted they didn’t have any. She asked if we wanted the milkshake with coconut or whole milk after ordering it vegan so basically just be careful of staff knowledge. Everything was very tasty.
