Cuisine to international standards. Fairly expensive compared to a couple of years ago, but being a BYOB., you can enjoy super wines of your own and save money. Specials include larger portions and much more expensive meats. Unless a huge eater, stick with the high quality standard menu offerings and still eat exceptional food.
Maison Bleue offers a wonderful change of pace to the Cape May dining scene offering well-prepared, tasty French cuisine. We love the chicken liver pate as a starter and have tried most of the entre offerings, all of which have been very tasty and enjoyable. We had a wonderful meal of Pate Maison and Clams Piperade as our first course, both were delicious. The claws were especially pleasing for us. Coq Au Vin and Pasta au Pistou for our main course.
