This hotel is a gem. The location is perfect, steps away from the downtown area, restaurants, shops, and the beach of course. We were initially unsure about booking after seeing reviews that the pool-bar area tends to have a party atmosphere and can be loud at night (we have a 2 year old or else we wouldn’t mind personally). This was a non-issue. Even on a Friday night with wedding guests staying at the hotel, the bar was nothing but pleasantly vibey with some great live music and cleared out by bedtime. We enjoyed people watching from the balcony. Our room was freshly renovated and spotlessly clean. Beach passes and towels were provided. Best of all were the staff and special shout-out to Joe who helped accommodate us with a few itinerary changes due to personal matters. He was nothing but patient and helpful the entire time. You could tell the staff really care about the guests. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

Horrible experience!Smelly and unclean rooms, the toilet did not flush. When we complained, they did nothing about it.Very unhealthy and unhygienic place. I wonder how the City of Cape May allows such tacky places to operate!

We have stayed here many times over the last few years. It is absolutely always a great experience from sign in to check out. The staff is fantastic. The rooms are always clean and in great shape. The location is perfect. Park your car and walk everywhere. We just returned home yesterday from a 5 day stay and while there booked another stay for late June.

My family and I stayed here over Spring break 2023 for a few nights. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff is great. It is within easy walking distance to the shops in downtown Cape May and several local restaurants. They have a bar by the pool so when the pool is open, its nice to have the option to sit and chill with a drink. Thank you very much and we will definitely be back!

This hotel is in a great location because it is right on the ocean. I like the hotel because it is one of the few around that is pet friendly otherwise, I would have to find a kennel for my pug. Everybody was friendly and helpful. They have a good breakfast restaurant there too. My room was great and you could easily see the water. Price is reasonable considering that it is in the heart of Cape May.Room was comfortable and clean.

From the time we checked in we were greeted with a friendly good afternoon. Then we went to our room which was spotless and decorated beautifully. What a great hotel I highly recommend.Nearby activities: Beach across the street.

Not a super fancy hotel, but right across the road from the beach and clean. They are pet friendly. We stayed in pool/ocean view junior suite with a porch right in front of the tiki bar. A great time!Walkability: A couple of minutes to walk to all of the restaurants and shopping.

This was our first time staying here, but won’t be the last. Staff were welcoming, efficient, and accommodating. Room was beautiful— nicely upgraded, clean and spacious with unbeatable oceanfront views. Quick walk to everything- beach, restaurants, shops. We booked two nights and unfortunately weren’t able to stay the second night, and they refunded us immediately which most hotels likely would never have done that last minute. The location and charm of the hotel alone make it worth a stay, but the outstanding customer service truly sets it apart. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

This was a bar just a step outside our hotel pool and it was great. So convenient and the bartenders were all personable and very attentive. Great prices during Happy Hour.
