Out There makes truly good coffee! When I ordered a cortado they asked if I wanted the espresso to be dark or light roast (light of course!), and I knew I could have high expectations. The light roast is a natural process wonderfully fruity coffee, the tartness really well rounded off with chocolate notes and body. Out There Coffee is a gem in Cape May! My wife and I stopped in for a quick coffee break and loved everything about it. She ordered a matcha, I had an iced latte, and we also picked up a pound of their organic house blend beans (roasted just a few days earlier). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier — everyone behind the counter was genuinely kind and helpful....

I had their cappuccino and enjoyed it. It was good/standard. I was a little surprised their 8oz included two shots of espresso, but that's not a bad thing). Just be aware it may be stronger than a cappuccino elsewhere. With a stronger coffee to milk flavor profile. They had a nice variety of hot non-coffee drink options (eg golden milk, chai, matcha, other unique blends) and I appreciate they noted on their menu which had sweeteners and which did not.
