BEST PIZZA IN CAPE MAY COUNTY! Everything on their menu is delicious and always well prepared. Staff is well trained and pleasant. We are locals and dine throughout the entire county. Panico's is one of our top three favorites. Never disappoints.

We have been coming here for years all through Covid and the tents. We can accept higher prices but the higher prices and the cut down portions really has become evident. A pasta and shrimp and crabmeat dish I have ordered in the past many times is 10 dollars more and much less crab meat. Mine was even a bit bland this time. I really hope people are honest about things and the owners really listen. I would rather pay even more and get the hearty portions that we used to get. But higher prices and smaller portions is disappointing

My wife and I had not eaten at Panico's the last two summers. While we really liked the food we had not gone back because the noise level was just unbearable. As a converted old church everything was hard surfaces. A good friend told us that they had put sound dampening panels on the walls and that the noise level was considerably reduced. The tables now had table cloths which also may have helped. And he was correct. Even with pretty much every table occupied the noise level, while far from quiet, was quite normal. The panels were done tastefully and blended in well with the decor. As in the past the food was quite wonderful. The bread basket was 4 pieces of warm lightly salted and oiled almost light as air bread stick type of bread that still had good texture. For appetizers we got the Battered Jersey (baked coated sliced tomatoes with crab, bleu cheese and glaze) and a warm apple salad which was an addition to the menu. Both were simply outstanding. For entrees we both got specials. Mine was spicy crab and pasta and my wife's was lobster ravioli with scallops in a cream sauce. The crab dish was nicely spicy and contained an amazing amount of crab. I was very pleased. My wife loved the ravioli. She did not finish it and said later she would probably be dreaming about having it again. The desserts offered were shaped like large cupcakes. The ones we got were a peanut butter mousse and a chocolate chocolate one. Both were rich and flavorful without being too dense. Overall we were very happy with everything and are looking forward to returning. And as an added bonus it is a BYOB which really helps with the cost of having a really outstanding meal.

We had a wonderful experience again. We come every year with a large group and always have an outstanding time. Our server, Gleb was outstanding in every respect. He also was incredibly kind and personable. He made wonderful recommendations on dinner, which was also outstanding.

This place is an absolute gem in Caoe May! I don't normally dine at Italian restaurants (because my mom is 100%) but we always take a trip here when we are in Cape May for vacation. The food is fantastic, the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated and the old church setting has a very cool vibe. Gia, our server, was excellent and attentive to our table. When I mentioned it was my wife's birthday, she went out of her way to make her feel special. We will be back!

The three cheese chicken and the Sunday gravy were both amazing. Service was top notch. Quantity of food was overwhelming. My only complaint is that it is VERY noisy and since we were celebrating an anniversary, it wasn't exactly romantic. But, for great food and BYOB, it's terrific.

A wonderful upscale BYOB Italian Bistro. Reservations a must. The renovated church provides a unique atmosphere for dinner. It's buzzing with activity. The wait staff is very helpful and provided a cute sparkler in small treat for my birthday. The whole restaurant sang happy birthday to me. A lovely evening. We will return.

I've only been twice and both times we only ordered pizza so I can't speak of their other food choices. Beautiful restaurant converted from an old church, it's a small building so I would recommend reservations on weekends. Both times we had a selection of small pizzas that everyone at the table shared. Good quality ingredients mixed with good quality cooks make for good quality food every time and Panicos doesn't disappoint. The small pizzas are great for kids as well. Their other entrees look delicious but we have yet to try them. Also for Cape May this is a very value friendly restaurant.

Our food was absolutely delicious. However, my husband who has a gluten allergy was very disappointed that the restaurant had run out of gluten-free pasta. The manager was walking all over the place and only going to the same tables to check to see how people were doing... Never stopped at our table . Tables are a little too close for comfort and you can hear everyone's conversations around you. Our server was good!
