A $20 snack. So delicious but is not dinner material. Atmosphere was amazing, we went around 6pm. The weather was amazing with a little breeze and near sunset. Would recommend if you want a quick snack or before dinner.
So delicious and reasonable price!!!

Absolutely wonderful service and delicious food!
The team here is incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in their work. You can feel their positive energy the moment you walk in — it adds something truly special to the experience. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism — we’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the amazing work!
Quincy’s Lobster Roll at Waterside Place: As someone who grew up in the Northeast and knows a thing or two about authentic New England-style lobster salad, I can confidently say that Quincy’s Lobster Roll at Waterside Place is absolutely delicious. The lobster was incredibly fresh, perfectly sweet, and generously portioned. The roll itself was just the right texture—soft and slightly toasted—and let the quality of the lobster shine. This was a true taste of home, and I’ll definitely be back!
I came for the lobster rolls. I tried the Connecticut Roll (warm and buttery). Delicious! I can't wait to try another. Highly recommend
We looked up lobster rolls on the internet, and stopped by the one at Cape May, NJ. Wow, what a let down. Little bit of bland lobster, no flavor, on a hotdog bun. Over 40 bucks for my wife and I. Save your money.
Awesome classic rolls!

I recently visited this charming little eatery, and their lobster roll was absolutely fantastic! The lobster was fresh and generously piled, with just the right amount of seasoning. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. A must-visit for seafood lovers!

Worried c because had bad experience last summer at place next door.
Had to get to go. Thru have tables out front in shade.
Other guy waiting sed his family go there. Won't be disappointed.
Pleasantly surprised. Impressed. Fast service. Seasoned well. Bread roll soft. Better in bread. Lemon wedge to squeeze in top. Pickle slices. Utensils. Napkins. 19.99 class lobster roll with tax. Workers quiet. Be careful front door sticks. LoL. Definitely recommend!

The staff was very nice, but the warm lobster roll I got was pretty disappointing. It tasted a bit rubbery like the lobster was microwaved to reheat it. It just didn’t seem worth the cost

My friends and I took the time to compare a Quincy’s lobster roll to its closest competitors (La La Lobster and Mermaids), and Quincy’s won by a longshot. This place will always be my go-to for lobster rolls.
