I ordered the pork chop from the menu but was served the pork chop special, which I didn't order or like. The crab soup appetizer was phenomenal and my wife loved her dinner. We go there two times a year, my wife's birthday in August and our anniversary which we celebrated today. Our server was great but just entered the wrong dinner I selected. This is a first time I was disappointed. Lou

New music in the dining area is awful too loud and not enjoyable. Trying to copy Port. Bad move Service was very slow took too long to come out.

Margo was excellent. My spouse sent her original overdone pork chop back with no problems. Wine recommendation was great.

As local homeowners who have dined at Secondo regularly over several years, we never had a bad experience until last night. We had a reservation for 2 at 6 pm and arrived a few minutes early. The young woman at the desk informed us that we would have to wait for a table and that we should go to the bar. She was very brusque and didn't clearly reassure us that she had our reservation. We checked in again after 10 minutes waited for about 20 minutes when we were informed by text that our table was ready. When the woman came to get us she offered us a table in the bar. Whenever we have booked a reservation we have always understood that the table would be in the main restaurant, and never dined in the bar, which is extremely noisy. We asked if there were no other options and the woman just said we could wait, without seeming to care that we were dissatisfied. My wife told the woman that she was rude and unhelpful. We sat at the bar table for a few minutes, discussed our options and then walked out and went to another restaurant. We were very disappointed and surprised that the restaurant did nothing to assuage us. Sorry to have to write this.

Unfortunately neither of the bathrooms were in working order and the place was absolutely packed. I witnessed water(?) coming from under the ladies room door and several women were waiting there. I thought a restaurant had to shut down if restrooms did not work. I had to hurry and eat/drink and run home. I hope they got it fixed.

Music horrible and loud, drink prices were off the charts. $22 for a glass of wine, $17 for a martini and $_ for a cup of coffee.

First I would like to share that we are frequent visitors to Secondos and have lay recommended this restaurant to friends and family. Secondly, I would like to share that tonight's dinner was over $400 for three adults and a seven year old. Typically, our dinners average over $100 per person. Tonight my wife ordered the shrimp Cavatappi, but request NO shrimp. Their menu claims the Cavatappi includes Pancetta and peas. There was no pancetta and five peas in the large dish of pasta. I questioned the $36.00 charge for the dinner considering we did not request the shrimp. Our server claimed that she did think they would do anything regarding an adjustment, so I requested to speak with the manager. The manager came to the table and said there was nothing to adjust. They do not do any substitutions and if there was a problem with the Pancetta and peas we should have sent the meal back. In my opinion, considering the amount of the total bill, it was an extremely poor business decision for the manager not to make an adjustment. She essentially turned ambassadors of her restaurant to people who will steer people away. It is important to note that our server recognized that we were regulars of Secodo's and she felt bad that she did not mention there would be no discount. I do not feel I was out of line requesting an adjustment on this particular meal. $36.00 for Cavatelli pasta with five peas seems excessive.

My special of the day was the stuffed lobster, one stuffed shrimp, and two lobster ravioli. Unfortunately, the lobster was overcooked, the shrimp was small, and the crab stuffing was bland and lacked flavor. On the other hand, my wife enjoyed her lemon chicken. I would consider returning to try again.
