We visited today first day of the 2025 season. The atmosphere is awesome beach sand with tables and umbrellas, Large fire pits and a large outdoor bar. The weather was 65 and partly cloudy . The host was friendly and welcoming made us feel right at home. Our waiter Jamie was friendly, accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. He made us laugh and we never felt rushed his personality is on par! We had fried shrimp with sauces, and fried Mac and cheese balls with remoulade sauce and some cocktails. Everything was delicious. Can’t wait to come back later in the summer!

Checked operating hours with the manager via phone about hosting an after party after our wedding on a Sunday evening. He assured us they were open until 10 outside and 11 inside. Stopped by to touch base personally with the assistant manager the day before to confirm. When our group arrived at approx 8:30 pm we were told that none of that information was going to be honored and that the property manager changed the hours that morning and was closing by 9:15 and also told "the staff was tired." Horrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere

This is SPLASH BURGER. Not snackshack.....Great burgers , my kids enjoyed the hotdogs. Very nice people always laughing and smiling Good addition to a nice day at the beach

It’s over priced, but it’s right in the beach. The service is terrible, but once again…right on the beach. You can take a bathroom break and grab something to snack on without having to loose parking.

Can't recommend this place. Slow service and prices are sky high for what you get. $5.50 for a hot-dog that should be no more than 2-3 bucks. These things are tiny.

Really long wait..ike 30 minutes to serve 4 people and then it was Waste of time, I asked for 5 basic things and they didn't even have any.. A new food vendor on the beach here would make it much better.... This one is isn't good and the worker were not helpful

Every time we come here we are disappointed. Long waits for no reason because when you finally get to the window the worker, not so kindly, informs you that they are out of what you waited so long for. I have been beaching on Broadway and surrounding beaches for 20+ years and my kids and I go the beach every day. Before they took over this was a thriving business with friendly workers and convenient hours. My kids were up at the snack shack every day for fries and water ice and guess what?? They never ran out!! I never heard of a beach snack stand closing at 4 and running out of ice cream, fries and chicken tenders daily. And they’re not friendly! I will never go back there as long as they own it. I tell everyone I know how terrible they are and not to to waste their time. I’m done wasting mine!
