First I only gave them 4* because it’s not a 5* restaurant. But in the world of Diners, it is 5*’s! We were in the area and needed a bite, so we stopped at this little gem. Small town local gem! Don’t let the industrial neighborhood scare you away. I ordered an omelet with home fries, my husband ordered a Caesar salad. The salad came with homemade Chicken Gumbo soup, which he raved about. The salad had a large amount of chicken on it that he took half home! Lettuce was fresh, chicken was tasty. My omelet was perfect. Home fries fresh and crispy, the way Jersey home fries should be.. Coffee was good too. The entire staff was friendly, our server Amanda attentive and sweet. This diner is about a mile off 295 , which we frequently use to travel to Delaware and beyond.. We will be back!!

Stopped on a whim while on a road trip. The service was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly. The food was delicious and the portions were large for the price. The corn bread was excellent and the salads fresh.

Great atmosphere. Driving from NY to FL and the Wife wanted to stop and have breakfast in a Dinner vs our off the HWY service stop. This was the 1st place we can find off the last exit on the turpike. Michael was standing in front of door waiting with menus. Made me feel as if he was waiting specifically for us( nice touch mike). Pepe our server was great ,attentive,friendly and Quick!! Thanks for the good food and compliments to the cheffs.

I been going to this dinner several times and the food is never right you ask for well done and it comes out not well done sending back and it comes out burnt up and the food tastes burnt bake potatoes are burnt up steak pork chops comes out burnt up the fried liver comes out like trying to eat leather so my suggestion is try to go to somewhere else to eat server goes to the bathroom to clean then goes and deliver your food then waits 10 t0 15 minutes to come back to see if the food is OK
