Worst experience ever, been at this location several times cause I'm a local. Service before pandemic was average, now it's much below average. One waitress attending the whole dining, orders, serving, charging, etc. The manager came over the table but her answer to complaints was I'm sorry and didn't even listen to whole complaint when she was off to another task. No discount, no offering of how to make it better, NOTHING.The food was awfully cold, the serving for the price was a joke, glassware was sticky and dirty, quality of food was a royal zero.....bad all around. To top it off when we complaint to the server at check out, her answer was rude and dismissive about it, again no offer for better or discount for meal......

Nice and quiet dinning experience, great service. Food was great.. I got the zesty nachos large. Yes I use a fork lol not a fan of getting messy heh

Waited 15 minutes to get my drink. Literally got so bored I timed it. Rude waitress desirea when we commented that the fries were half-raw. Chicken tenders were similarly undercooked. Idk if they're understaffed, if she was new, or what. Just highly dissatisfied and will not eat at this location again.

Worst Dennys ever. They close at 11pm but at 9pm the gates where barely open and no one was there. Online ordering was off. The place wasn't clean. I refused to go back there. Where is corporate when you need them. I guess they are using covid-19 as an excuse to not work.

Ordered on-line after taking a shower, since they are operating in a truck stop location. Approached front desk, read signs that they were only taking on-line orders. So I did. After receiving my order, I left after 15 minutes driving, noticed they forgot my tortillas on my order. I called them. No answer. Called back 3 times. No answer. To go back and argue with the neglect of the establishment, i have better thungs to do. I will never buy from this Denny's in my lifetime. They don't have employees at the desk and dont answer phones. Lost my business.

This was the closest restaurant to the hotel and we were disappointed that in was not dine in. Took a while to get our order and had to take it back to the hotel but was very good.

Absofreakinlutely terrible customer service! Lady said she heard us trying to order, but ignored us on purpose. That's her words! I was appalled at the lack of care for customer needs. Ok, Covid, but, don't have to be 100% ignorant. Was to order online only. The website said to call the store. No answer. Tried getting the woman to help us with order, she never once answered our requests. Totally unexpected service for a Denny's. I can see this place going out of business being like this.

I've tried several Denny's across the North American continent and Denny's keeps a pretty standard quality from coast to coast. I think the spaghetti and meatballs here are among the best in US, far better than that of Canada's.

This Denny's is a little more expensive than 'stand alone' locations because it is attached to a truck stop. I give it 4 stars because food was great and staff was excellent. It did not get 5 stars because of the price. I paid less for my meal at my local Denny's.

By far, the friendliest place I've been in NJ. Food was good and the service was prompt and very friendly. Will remember this one when I come back through.

Had to cancel a simple online order after waiting over a hour for it after the time it said it would be ready. Waiting for service with about 4 other guys that just walked in for over 20 minutes before anyone would even offer their help or see what we were waiting on. The funny thing is, the place was pretty much empty. They were not busy at all and were still too lazy to help waiting customers and too rude to even take down names.
