Tried to reload my app and employee did not know how to do this. Had to wait for another person to reload. This person said to the first come over so I can show you how this is done. The girl did not even come over to understand the proper way to handle this reload. She just kept doing something inside a lower cabinet. Finally got 2 cappuccino and left
Got onto the interstate and both were Luke warm at best. Terrible experience

For a rest stop Dunkin this place is always clean, the staff are friendly, and I enjoy there ice coffee immensely. I had the empanadas breakfast sandwich and they are delicious.

Ordered 2 coffees exactly the same other then a size difference. They managed to completely botch one of the coffees and didn’t notice till I was home. I don’t understand how u can get one done correctly and the other not, Have had this happen multiple times with this particular Dunkin’. CHECK YOUR COFFEE BEFORE U LEAVE.

been going here 10 years. every morning before work. as of the kast 2 months this place has took a dive. somethings always wrong. the service is horrible. the old white lady coints money then touches your foid with the sane hand with iut washing. coffee is deferent everyday i go never the same.
