⚠️ Be clear on the contents of your food when ordering on the phone! The menu online does not reflect what they make. I saw the bus stop diner in the shopping center and decided to place an order for pickup. I ordered an Italian Panini. The website had one description and when I received my Panini and bit into it I was unpleasantly surprised. No roasted peppers, onions, pesto, etc. I called and wasn't even offered anything for the disservice. I'm regretting the fact that I even left a tip! The Person on the phone just asked me if it had grilled chicken breast. I told her yes grilled chicken breast but also with eggplant... I don't even see any other Panini listed on their online menu with eggplant!!
Definitely money wasted and poor service recovery.

The food taste good, but they are dirty. The waitress had her hands all over someone's food, which was pretty unsanitary. She was packing a to go order and she was touching the ice cream with her bare hands. I spotted all of that when I finished eating my food. They need food safety training.
