I come to this place every day and never gives me my order right I order nuggets for mi kids and they ask me what kind of sause for no reason because never put the sause on my bag or ad the things that I ask for my order and charge me for it they need a better manager and retraining all the staff in this location do you think that is fair to pay $13.00 for a order and get your burger like this and to end it the burger it was raw

I placed my order with kiosk, they never print me the receipt, and I kept waiting the old lady behind the cashier was A rude won't give me the chance to tell her that I didn't get the order number, it was simple order happy meal and order fries took them at least 20 minutes.

Don't waste your time going inside as they prioritize their drive thru. Waited over 20 mins to even pay for my meal since their kiosks bug out.

Worst McDonald's in the history of the franchise. The service is absolutely horrible. You have to wait an eternity for your order and when you finally get it it's borderline cold, not to mention it looks like a 5 yr old made it. If you use the app to preorder they claim they never got it even when you show them the receipt that got emailed to you. They'll refuse to give you your order even though you already paid for it because "they never got it" so they say. I'll never visit this store ever again. This store has nothing but Spanish people working here and I am totally convinced they are prejudiced against white people. Totally convinced of it.

Absolutely terrible service, i honestly dont understand the point of having an app to order 10 mins ahead if i end waiting another 30 mins for the order while i see people order huge meals and get their food a lot sooner before i even see it. And the audacity to see me standing there waiting for them to ask “why are you just standing around” absolutely ridiculous. I rather drive the extra 5-10 mins to the one on highway 1-9 where the service is efficient
This place is RIDICULOUS! I ordered the $5 bag meal, which comes with fries, mcchicken, chicken nuggets and a drink. My fries wasn’t in the bag. I pulled off because I was going to be late for work since I waited at drive thru for 30 minutes. There was 3 cars infront of me. I don’t think it should take that long. When I was paying for my food the person at the first window put somebody else food on my receipt. I get to the second window and the employees was gathered around each other talking for 10 minutes until they noticed I was at the second window. It’s like they don’t care at this place! Where’s the manager?? So unprofessional because this is not the first time something like this has happened to me at this location.
