I really love this place. The food is great, the aviance, the sangria, the staff is very pleasant. This place may be for you especially if you desire good food for the price. I have not been disappointed so far. There are restaurants in the area where there are long waits and I don't think the compare to Oliveiras. They deserve above 5 stars.
Picadinho was really good. Bread was really good. Paella was lacking a bit of shrimp and scallops. Could have used a bit more. The paella rice tasted too much like chicken broth instead of a seafood flavor , but I didn't hate it.
Great Portuguese Restaurant in Carteret NJ. Food was fantastic. Carlos and Natalie attended to us (8) with excellent customer service. Very friendly and attentive. From appetizers to enteré to desserts were on point. Not noisy nor overcrowded. Place doesn't look like much from the outside but pleasing on the inside. Keep it that way.
